Pleasantly located cottage, in a warm, friendly setting surrounded by a remarkable garden in all seasons, 13km from Aspet and Salies-du-Salat In the village of Montespan, this small apartment, rated 2 ears of corn, sleeps 4, adjoining the owners' house and another gîte, awaits you in a warm and friendly setting. Parking is available in the courtyard, with a private garden and balcony. The garden created by the owners is particularly remarkable. This gîte is reserved for tourists only. As a LPO site, depending on the season, you can see several species of birds, coming to drink from the ponds. In the gardens, all kinds of shrubs feed them during the winter. A particularly remarkable variety, depending on the season, of irises, daylilies, and even lotuses, welcomes you amidst a collection of around thirty citrus trees and numerous Mediterranean plants. This year, a vegetable garden completes the diversity. Peace and relaxation await you in this exotic setting. You are a 30-minute walk from the Via Garona hiking trail (Path of St. James), 35 km from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, the Mas d'Azil Cave is 50 km away, and the Grand Parc d'Animation pour enfants de Lannemezan is 45 km away. Gîte on the upper floor: living room with fitted kitchen, bedroom (1 double bed (140cm), bathroom (towel dryer), separate toilet. Second bedroom on the mezzanine (2 single beds (90cm) + cot) accessible via a ladder-style staircase. Electric heating. Outdoor Wi-Fi only.
