Chez Pailhas - Régades
Character cottage. In the heart of the village of Régades, overlooking the square, this old renovated house awaits you for a charming and comfortable stay. From there, you can explore the surrounding sites and the nearby Pyrenees. Located less than an hour from Toulouse (113km), the cottage is very close to Saint-Gaudens (shops, restaurants, cinema, 3km away) and a stone's throw from Spain (40km); as well as Montréjeau (18km, swimming lake, golf course) and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (one of the French people's favorite villages, located 20km away). On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, summer dining room, shower room/WC accessible via the garage. Upstairs: relaxation area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 120cm) (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm on the mezzanine), bathroom, WC. Gallery, large games room. Electric heating. Ping-pong, Hi-fi system Characterful cottage in a beautiful building in the heart of the village
