Grocery store 800m away: very good products as well as local artisans (cheesemaker from Mont-Royal, butcher/charcutier on Friday morning), pizza on Friday evening, cheeses made on a village farm on Sunday morning...The Montmaurin swimming pool ( 8 kms) is open in summer (July/August), 20km from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges and the ViaGarona, the famous route to Santiago de Compostela in the Haute-Garonne department! You will also be less than 15 minutes by car from: the Cardeilhac arboretum forest, the archaeological museum and the Gallo-Roman villa of Montmaurin, the Save gorges, Montréjeau (shops, restaurants, swimming lake, golf course, train station trains) and Saint-Gaudens. - Outdoor space: covered wooden terrace, private enclosed garden, carport. - On the ground floor: dining room with kitchen area, living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom, WC, laundry room. - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 90cm). Oil central heating. The owners live in a neighboring house. Typical Commingeois village house
