Includes a flat screen smart TV with streaming, casting, and Airplay features. A private bath with a rain shower, kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. *In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.*

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A $50/pet fee will apply and pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send info on payment processing. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine.

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.

This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The unit has fast wifi.

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies.

Located within walking distance to nearly all offices and retail stores on the State st corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world renowned Santa Barbara Coast.
