Located on the beach block, this beautiful ocean-view condo has an in-ground pool (Pool opens by Memorial Day weekend and closes around 3rd week in September), central air conditioning, and an elevator to take you and your luggage up to the third floor. This Cape Roc condo is just a half-block to Cape May's great beaches, and a longer walk or short bike ride to the many dining and shopping experiences of America's oldest seashore resort. It has newer furniture including two queen beds in the bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area! The living room and bedrooms include smart TV with digital cable, and the bathroom has a full tub with shower. In addition to the beautiful pool outside is plenty of patio space with gas grills and dining tables, allowing you to enjoy any of your meals outside. Off-street parking and bicycle racks are included as well. Come stay for a week or more!

Awesome condo!

This place is really great. Clean, comfortable and equip with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Gas grills, a heated saltwater pool, and only one block from the beach. The hosts are hands down amazing. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great first time @ Cape May!

This was our first time to Cape May any very pleased with our condo rental. Located at the end of the strip so was very quiet but very close to the beach & about 30 mins walk to restaurants. Condo unit very clean and comfortable for our family of 3 adults. Ron & Kim were the perfect hosts!

Fantastic Condo in Cape May!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Cape May at this condo during early September. The kids loved the pool, and the beach is just one easy block away. The condo was lovely and modern, clean and stocked with some paper goods and cleaning supplies to hold us over. They have nice patio areas with grills, and everyone we met was friendly and warm. Highly recommend this rental unit!

Great Cape May Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Place was clean, hosts gave a very clear set of instructions on check in and check out process. The property is conveniently located with a private beach at 3 minutes walk. My kid especially loved to play in the pool at the property which was clean, comfortable temperature wise and not too crowded. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, I would just request for a pair of kitchen scissors and some coasters...which I could not locate anywhere. We loved the dolphin watch sunset cruise, had fantastic tiramisu waffle at George's place and just chilled. All in all a memorable vacation thanks to the wonderful place and the hosts.

Super cute place away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area of Cape May. Very clean and inviting. Elevator for easy travel of your baggage. A block away from the beach. Strongly recommend and will book again .

A perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quieter stay, close to the beach and not so crowded. The apartment was clean and well maintained with new appliances and everything necessary for a great vacation. The property owners were a phone call away and available if we needed anything! 5 star rating for everything!

Easy check in/out process. Pool and grills were wonderful and always being cleaned each day. Bedroom was really tight with two queen beds, especially for the people sleeping up against the wall. Beds were really soft. The full size appliances in the kitchen were nice, but lacked a few “basics” like a cutting board, seafood forks/claw crackers, scissors and unused sponges. Need to bring your own stash of toilet paper because we were only left one roll. No refills were left for hand soap in kitchen or bath.

Cape May Weekend Getaway

This condo had everything we wanted. The furnishings were up to date, and in great condition. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we need to make breakfast. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and not a far drive to anything in Cape May. Looking forward to another stay here in the future.

Condo was spacious, clean, quiet & nicely appointed with newer appliances and fixtures. Location is not oceanfront but only a short walk to beach and had a partial ocean view from bedroom. Perfect Condo!

My husband and I spent the weekend here to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect for the 2 of us! A short walk to the beach, very clean and nicely decorated! We got into town later than expected, but the easy check in process meant it wasn't a big deal at all!

Ron & Kim Tupper bought their first Cape May house in 2000, and have since bought and renovated 10 more homes here in Cape May. Married more than 30 years, we and our two kids spend nearly every weekend of the year in Cape May, our favorite beach town! Our weekends in the off-season find us busy renovating, building, and putting our personal touches on every one of our properties so they are welcoming for every one of our tenants. Each weekend in the summer, we personally check on all of our properties between rentals, take care of the lawns, meet our new guests for the week, and make sure our tenants are all comfortable before we head to the beach for some sun and fun!

Kim grew up coming to Cape May for a week each summer, and then when we moved to Pennsylvania, we found ourselves in Cape May for a weekend each summer while we performed with the Chester County Concert Band (before we had kids of course!) We knew we wanted another place to call home, and Cape May was an easy decision.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property in 2013 from friends of ours, as our second of three condos we own at Cape Roc, in addition to our 7 other homes in Cape May. A Beaches End Property, it has recently had a full kitchen and bath renovation..
