You will stay in a lovingly furnished house that is regularly used by the owners themselves and has retained its original charm. The rooms have decorative tiled floors and there is a lovely dining area with direct access to the terrace. Enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding nature while cooking together.

Use the spacious outdoor areas to relax, eat together and take a deep breath. The covered terrace invites you to start the day with an outdoor breakfast or enjoy the sunset in the evening. Let your gaze wander over the greenery all the way to the sea. As the property is situated on a slope and is only partially fenced, it is not suitable for small children.

Discover the surrounding area away from the crowds and hustle and bustle. Visit the famous beaches of San Vito Lo Capo with their crystal-clear water or go hiking in the Zingaro Reserve Nature Park. For sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, Monte Monaco and Monte Cofano are popular climbing areas with breathtaking views of the coast.
