Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bereits die Ankunft war äußerst problemlos, obwohl wir uns verspätet hatten. Fragen... wurden umgehend gelöst. Die Wohnung war toll ausgestattet z. B.mit Fliegengittern in den Schlafzimmern, Ventilatoren und Klimaanlage. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und alles, Strand, Bäckerei, Supermarkt waren super zu Fuß z zu erreichen auch die erreichbar

Ideales Urlaubsdomizil

Das Appartment ist geräumig und hat eine sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse. Es befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, die im ersten Obergeschoss ist angenehm. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Fußgängerzone oder am Strand. Ein Bäcker befindet sich gleich um die Ecke, weitere Geschäfte sind leicht erreichbar. Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem sympathischen Ort sehr genossen.

Ottimo appartamento

Appartamento pulitissimo, curato, ben organizzato e accessoriato. Terrazza spaziosa e arieggiata, ce la siamo proprio goduta! La panettiera vicino casa ottima, e così vicina da permettersi in pochi minuti colazione con pane e brioches fresche tutte le mattine. Proprietari cortesi e alla mano.

Wir haben vor allem die große L-förmige überdachte Terrasse und die Lage der Wohnung - in einem angenehmen ruhigen Wohnviertel mit 10 Gehminuten zum Meer und ins Ortszentrum - sehr genossen.

Das war unser 4. Aufenthalt in San Vito Lo Capo, aber die erste Wohnung in der nahezu wenn nicht alles gepasst hat! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Geräumige 2 Schlafzimmer, bequeme Betten, viel Platz. Gut ausgestatte Küche mit sehr viel Zubehör, genug Geschirr und Besteck. Im Bad gab es funktionierende Armaturen und warmes Wasser, kein Salzwasser! Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben gut gerochen. Wie gesagt, alles war sehr sauber! Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß an der großen Terasse. Die Holzstühle waren mit Polsterauflage ausgesattet, lediglich waren sie etwas wackelig:) Wir hatten super schöne Tage in der Wohnung und kommen gerne wieder in das erprobte Domizil.

Una soluzione splendida per una vacanza perfetta

Non posso che condividere e confermare tutte le ottime recensioni fatte in precedenza. L'appartamento di Filippa e Salvatore è perfetto: bello, pulito, accogliente e superaccessoriato. La terrazza, più che abitabile, è una meraviglia che tenti di sfruttare in ogni momento, la mattina a colazione, per il pranzo e per la cena, e anche alla sera, dopo essere tornati dalla passeggiata nel centro di San Vito, per fare due chiacchiere al fresco prima di andare a dormire nei comodi letti delle due bellissime stanze. Poi, la vicinanza al mare, al supermercato e a tutto ciò che serve, e la cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari, completano il mio giudizio estremamente positivo. Spero che la vita mi riporti ancora a San Vito Lo Capo e al suo mare cristallino, e magari ancora durante il Cous Cous Fest, bello colorato e divertente, e sicuramente in quell'occasione tornerei nella casa bianca di Via degli Orti, 13

Appartamento ampio in ottime condizioni e rifiniture, tranquillissimo, dotato di ogni confort

L'appartamento gode di una terrazza vivibile ampia e ventilata che è decisamente un valore aggiunto e permette anche a chi non vuole trascorrere la giornata in spiaggia di godere di uno spazio aperto fresco e multifunzionale. Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento anche per la sua posizione assolutamente strategica; si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti il supermercato (fornitissimo), il fruttivendolo, la pescheria, due panetterie, la migliore salumeria/enoteca del paese (Perano) dove tra l'altro preparano panini strepitosi con prodotti locali. Si trova inoltre fuori ma non lontano dal passeggio e dai corsi principali dove si trovano i locali del centro e quindi gode di una tranquillità totale. L'appartamento è estremamente in ordine, pulito e superaccessoriato.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane di vacanza meravigliose a S.Vito (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bimbi di 9 e 5 anni). Dopo tanti anni di vacanze in hotel abbiamo deciso di cambiare e di provare una vacanza in casa. Non potevamo scegliere una casa migliore, posizione perfetta sia perché molto vicina al mare (7 minuti a piedi) sia vicina al centro storico del paese (stesso tempo) ma comunque fuori dalla ZTL che soprattutto nelle ore serali risulta molto rumorosa. Le foto della casa non rendono giustizia perché è ancora più bella, veranda coperta meravigliosa che per la disposizione della casa risulta sempre in ombra e ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori per 15 giorni (colazione, pranzo e cena). Le due camere sono molto ampie e dotate di materassi molto comodi (2 letti matrimoniali e un letto singolo). Cucina nuovissima e molto funzionale dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Il bagno ha una doccia che funziona molto bene e dei sanitari nuovi. La casa è dotata di tutto (compresa lavatrice, ferro da stiro, 2 biciclette, asciugacapelli, tv a schermo piatto. è presente anche un decoder sky collegato a cui basterebbe inserire la propria tessera eventualmente per sfruttare il proprio abbonamento). Impianto di condizionamento moderno con split(che non abbiamo utilizzato) e ventoloni a soffitto (nuovi, molto apprezzati perché non fastidiosi). La casa ci è stata consegnata in condizioni di pulizia perfette e in generale molto curata nei particolari. Il parcheggio a San Vito è a pagamento oppure con le strisce gialle per i proprietari. A disposizione ci è stato messo il permesso da esporre per il parcheggio in paese nella zona di competenza. Termino dicendo che i proprietari sono due persone speciali, gentilezza e disponibilità per ogni nostra richiesta, in cuor mio spero di ritornare un giorno in questa splendida terra e di certo vorremmo ritornare qui in via degli orti a san Vito. Una delle vacanze più belle della nostra famiglia.

La casa è davvero bella, le foto non rendono giustizia. E' ampia, ben arredata e super accessoriata. Il terrazzo è splendido, dotato anche di una comodissima doccia esterna. La posizione strategica: 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, 5 dal centro paese e molto silenziosa. Ed a 50 metri da un'ottima panetteria. I proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno addirittura fatto trovare un cesto di pesche in frigorifero. Consigliato!

Perfetta

Sono almeno 30 anni che San Vito ospita le mie Vacanze. Questo appartamento mi ha rinnovato la voglia di tornarci ancora. E' comodo, posizionato in modo meraviglioso (Mare, negozi e centro a pochi minuti di comoda passeggiata) ma sopratutto ha un terrazzo meraviglioso con un tavolo per mangiare in 6 ed è sempre magicamente areato. Noi siamo una famiglia di 2 adulti 3 ragazzi e siamo stati meravigliosamente. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.
