The loft, housed in an old garage in the heart of San Vito lo Capo, a few steps from the beach and within the restricted traffic area, can accommodate up to 4 people, distributed between the sleeping area (mezzanine) with double bed, and the living area (double sofa bed). It is spread over three different levels, accessible by a convenient staircase. At the "0" level you have the living area, with an entrance veranda (in front of the entrance door, not visible from the photos, with shower head to wash quickly when coming back from the beach) and full bathroom with all the sanitary ware, at level "1 "the sleeping area with second bathroom (sink and sanitary) and finally, at" level 3 "the open terrace-solarium, reachable through the passage from the glazed room, set up with table and chairs, which can also move outside. The house therefore has two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary for a holiday stay. For guests of the "Loft92" a car pass is available that allows you to park your car in the streets adjacent to the property. The Loft is air conditioned, equipped as said with washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, parking space.

Wonderful experience!

Perfect location, friendly neighbors, super clean. The courtyard was a wonderful view. The upper deck area is a true asset to the apartment even though it's not mentioned or photographed. Great for sunning and drying laundry! Giovani at the restaurant right next door, Bottega Sugameli, was great and his food is amazing. "HI" Mary! Easy walk to everthing in town! Hung out at the Bik Bak Bar, Alasandro, Sophia, Santino and the rest of the crew made us feel right at home with great food and drinks. Easy car rentals just 2 blocks away, tons of food options within a 2 block radius. Oh yes, the gelato options too! The only draw back was the lack of walls. With 3 adults sounds, snoring, really echoed. Not a major drawback for me but if there were light sleepers it could be difficult. I'd book it again in a heart beat!!!

Direkt in der City und nah zum Strand

Die Lage ist einfach super! In wenigen geh Minuten ist man am Strand und Abends im Kern des Geschehens. Die Loft ist über 3 Etagen aufgeteilt, wobei der Schlafbereich sich in der 2. Etage befindet. Viel Privatsphäre ist nicht geboten, sofern man mehr als 2 Personen ist. Morgens ist es sehr früh hell, also nichts für Langschläfer die nicht mit der Sonne aufwachen möchten. Die Küche ist notdürftig ausgestattet, bsp kein Küchenmesser oder Brotmesser vorhanden, oder Putzlappen. Die Bettwäsche & Handtüchern müssen zusätzlich gebucht in bezahlt werden, ca. 15 EUR pro Person. Die Terrasse im 3. OG war nicht gereinigt, und auch keinesfalls zum verweilen einladend.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in San Vito und zum 2. Mal in diesem Apartment. Es ist die perfekte Location. 5 Minuten zum Strand, 2 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt und 2 Minuten bis in die belebte Fußgängerzone. Der Standort ist absolut ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und doch hat man innnerhalb von 2 Minuten Fußweg High life und buntes Treiben. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und noch relativ neu und für italienische Verhältnisse auch schön geräumig. Internet ist seit dem Jahr sehr schnell mit 90 Mbit. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Auch die Dachterrasse ist schön, sie ist leider auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen. Wenn man es gerne ein bisschen lebendiger mag, Ende Mai ist Drachenfest und in der vorletzten Septemberwoche ist Cous Cous Fest. Dann ist in dem Ort wirklich einiges los und man bekommt viel geboten.

Buongiorno L'appartamento in se e in una zona tranquilla e allo stesso tempo centralissima ,e anche carino. ci sono pero' molte cose che dovrebbero essere riparate e adeguate. - l'aria condizionata non funzionava! - La luce dell'entrata c'era pero' anchessa non funzionava - Doccia sia all'entrata che in bagno piena di calcio si dovrebbero decalcitare, (spruzzava aqua dappertutto)! - Il coperchio del WC non fissato (rischio di farsi male! - Coppa cucina e solo per abbellimento non funzionava ne l'aspirazione ne la luce! - peccato per il bel appartamento - una seconda doccia non sarebbe di lusso!

Sehr gemütlicher Ort

Der Ort San Vito ist sehr schön. Vor allem der Strand und das Meer sind absolut top, absolut steinfrei und super klar und sauber, das Meer ist wirklich einzigartig. Jedoch im Juni mit 19 Grad sehr kalt. Wir waren in der Vorsaison, da putzt sich der Ort erst raus für die Hauptsaison, ich glaube da kommt ganz Italien in den Ort. So war dies am Feiertag und langem WE am 02. Juni.

Very nice stay in a perfect location

The apartment is very nice, clean and well equipped. The communication with the rental service was not satisfying at the beginning. The guy just spoke italian and nothing else and when we were at the committed time at his office no one was there and we had to wait for 20 minutes. Then the electricity in the apartment broke down for more then one hour and no one from the office was reachable. But after that we had a perfect time in San Vito. The location is just 2 minutes walk from the center but also very quiet. To the beach there is only a five minutes walk. Two supermarket’s were just two and five minutes away. The owner oft he house lives next to the apartment and she was a very nice and gentle person. The only complain about the apartment we have is that the WIFI is very bad. Three days we had no WIFI and after it works we had a speed from 0,9 Mbit/s. It is not possible to surf with this speed…. What was not pictured when we book the apartment was the very lovely roof terrace. There is a table with four chairs and two deck chairs on it. It is nice to sit there.

Pas prévu sur l annonce que c était une agence immobilière, pas prévenu qu il fallait louer les serviettes et draps pour 15€ par personne, agent immobilier désagréable et moqueur, par contre logement très bien, la propriétaire habite à côté et rentre dans notre espace car elle a les clefs, La propriétaire est venue chercher le grille pain et ne nous le ramène pas très moyen et elle ne nous a pas dis au revoir, dommage car la location est cher mais top, les frais d agence coûte cher, la propriétaire ne gère pas mais ne se gêne pas de venir c est très désagréable

Un Loft Accogliente

Molto carino e curato nei dettagli, i colori delle pareti, l'arredamento e perfino i soprammobili studiati nei particolari. Realizzato all'interno di un cortile gode di una certa tranquillità pur essendo posizionato nel centro di San Vito. Ottima l'aria condizionata. Ambiente spazioso e ben illuminato. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e vivamente lo consigliamo.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir sind fast jedes Jahr in San Vito bzw. Italien und das war die BISLANG BESTE UNTERKUNFT die wir hatten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall in Zukunft wieder hierher kommen. Die Hausverwaltung ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut organisiert und professionell. Das Loft war ganz neu renoviert und wir eine der ersten Mieter dort. Das Loft wurde uns in einem blitzblanken Zustand übergeben. Auch die Eigentümer des Appartements, die in unmittelbarer Nähe wohnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt können wir das Appartement jedem empfehlen. Familien mit kleinen Kindern sollten allerdings vorsichtig sein wegen den Treppen zu den oberen Stockwerken. Unsere Tochter (2 1/2) hatte allerdings keine Probleme damit.
