At the "0" level you have the living area, with an entrance veranda (in front of the entrance door, not visible from the photos, with shower head to wash quickly when coming back from the beach) and full bathroom with all the sanitary ware, at level "1 "the sleeping area with second bathroom (sink and sanitary) and finally, at" level 3 "the open terrace-solarium, reachable through the passage from the glazed room, set up with table and chairs, which can also move outside. The house therefore has two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary for a holiday stay. For guests of the "Loft92" a car pass is available that allows you to park your car in the streets adjacent to the property.
