Casa Marianni, completely renovated in May 2016, is a detached house a few steps from the beautiful sandy beach of San Vito lo Capo. The house is super-equipped, from the exterior to the bedrooms, each of which has its own TV and air conditioning. It is on two levels: on the ground floor is the kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with all the sanitary and the back porch with outdoor shower, 4-burner stove, washing machine and of course outdoor furniture. It is also equipped with a re-sealable cover. Therefore, even on the sunniest days it is possible to use it for lunch or breakfast. On the first floor there are the other two bedrooms, one double and one twin, or, if necessary, double. From both rooms access to the bathroom, the second of the house. Overall therefore there are three bedrooms for 6 total seats and 2 bathrooms, plus the outdoor shower. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with TV in the room. From the balcony of the first floor you can access, through an iron and marble staircase, to the terrace-solarium for exclusive use, furnished with two sunbeds, a table and chairs for aperitifs at sunset. The house has a reserved parking space and wifi internet connection.

Alloggio che corrisponde alle aspettative comodo alla spiaggia ed ai servizi. Il parcheggio è disponibile in strada con permesso rilasciato al momento del check in. Occorre prestare attenzione a dove si parcheggia perché la cartellonistica non è sempre chiara.

Very Nice located, but…

Let’s start with the positive stuff first: The building is very nicely located, 2 min from the beach. Next to it you have a nice bakery, pharmacy, little Supermarkt and a cheese store. That was nice. The village is sweet with a lot of local tourism and suprisingly a lot of restaurants. The host was nice and friendly. Responded quickly. It has a nice rooftop terrace. The outside terrace downstairs looked a little but overstuffed but it had a Gas working stove which was nice and a shower which was good after the beach! The water of the beach is simply beautiful. But the beach is almost in private hands! Making it exhausting to find a nice place to sit! Now the negative: I don’t know where to start: with the booking you will see (not informed before booking) that you have a limited electricity per week, 120 kWh. Even though we were quiet below the limit per week using air conditioning in the night, we were always stressed to over use ist, since you need to pay 0.30cents per kWh. The WiFi was not working well, I mean it didn’t work at all . The fridge door opened every now and then but even though we contacted the owner, it was not properly fixed the following day. The kitchen was not well prepared there was no kitchen towel which one do you can dry the plates thought. It was not well equipped at all. In one bed room there was mold as well as in the bath room. The owner told us it was the newest apartment, but having mold in the rooms, it gave as bad taste. For towel and bed sheets you need to pay 15 euros per person which is rip of! In all other online booking sites that I slept in until now had everything included! The AC were smelly which made us think if it got cleaned in a while. Overall I can/cannot recommend it with a lot of mixed feelings. Very expensive for so a not well equipped apartment.

Nice flat close to the beach

Very nice and practical flat very close to the beach. We loved the roof where we spent many evenings with a breeze from the sea. We also appreciated the outdoor shower. The flat is small but perfect for us as a family of five. Air-condition in every room and even though its a small flat there is lots of space for all. A few minutes to the city and lots of restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment and will surely come back!

Fantastic

Perfect location 2 blocks from the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped, but barely used it because there were so many restaurants to choose from. The roof deck was a dream, as was the outdoor shower. All Benedetto’s recommendations were dead on: bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants. I hope I am lucky enough to rent this house again!

Great location, very high standard, met all my expectations

Due to a double booking mistake we agreed to take a different, nearby property (corner Via Mazzini with Via Colombo). This was also very near to the sea, in a quiet street, but close enough to everything. Really very convenient. The house was completely new, stylish and well equipped (it even has dishwasher, and as the one we wanted, it had a roof terrace. I really loved this area, it even had a jacuzzi pool (we did not use it). It had aircon (not needed, it was cool) and mosquito nets throughout. It would work well for two adult couples or a standard family (although consider both rooms are double). Not very suitable to families with small children due to the steep and relatively exposed internal stairs to the terrace. Benedetto has been a fantastic host, very friendly and reactive to any calls from us, when we'll go back (we will!) we would be happy to rent another of the properties he manages. San Vito lo Capo in early season was very charming, quiet and fresh and I would recommend it to anyone . Apart from the beach there are numerous interesting places to visit close by, above all the Zingaro nature reserve. Not much further afield plenty of opportunities for the lovers of culture and history. Car recommended unless you only want to go the splendid local beach.

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Besonders hat uns die zentrale Lage angetan. Mitten im Zentrum und absolut ruhig, da nachts die Durchfahrt für Autos verboten ist.

Sehr gute Lage. Nicht weit zum Strand und Bäckerei. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe. Reibungslose Vermietung. Empfehlenswert!
