Wonderful home - location - views!

This home was a wonderful four night vacation for our family! We were extremely pleased with the size of the home, the wonderful deck with the chairs and the furniture. There were a few minor details, but we emailed and received a response immediately! The only thing that could make it extra amazing is, if there were some kayaks down by the water that would just make it even better! There is a nice little fire pit right at the top of the hill with the most amazing views. We couldn’t ask for anything better and thank you again for the wonderful experience. The Quinn Family ;)

Treetop views!

We enjoyed the house and it’s views! Up north, cabin feeling throughout the home. Clean. Everything we needed for an extended weekend away! Would definitely visit again in the future! The only thing this house was missing, were screens on the bedroom windows. It would have been nice to open the windows at night and take in some fresh air. Overall, our family was pleased and enjoyed the northern getaway!

Family Vacation on the Foot Dam Pond, Oscoda

We rented this home for a 1 week family of 6 vacation. This is a 3000 square foot home positioned on the bluff at south end of the lake. Amazing views and extensive decking to enjoy them. 112 steps down to the lake where there are two docks for our boat. I would rent this home again for sure!

Beautiful Property

The location is beautiful. The inside of the home was gorgeous. The master bed was not very comfortable. It is a sleep number bed, but only one side works. The other side is like sleeping on a board. The hot water pressure is pretty much non existent. I reported both issues to the property managers and they said they will be addressed before the next guests arrive. Other than those two items, the stay was fabulous! Would definitely rent this place again if those two items are corrected. Perfect Landing management company was great to work with!
