Beautiful spacious bedroom with double bed, cot, 2 bedside tables, closet and alarm clock. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster ... dining room with large table and 6 chairs, large cozy living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, TV, DVD player and stereo. New bathroom with toilet, shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Seating and barbecue in the garden courtyard. There is ample free public parking available.

schöner Kurztripp an den Rhein

Top ausgestattete Wohnung. Es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Der Sitzplatz draußen war für uns nicht sehr einladend aber okay. Man sitzt hinten im Hof neben der Garage. Aber die Vermieter haben sich viel Mühe gegeben den Platz mit Pflanzen und Figuren nett zu machen. Man kann bequem auch zu Fuß nach Braubach zum Essen oder einkaufen oder an den Rhein .

Sehr gästefreundliche Ferienwohnung in top Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist super und wir kommen gerne mal wieder! Man spürt sofort, wenn man hier ankommt, mit wie viel Liebe und Fürsorge an die Gäste gedacht wird. Die Ausstattung ist top und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von ausreichend Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Toilettenpapier über Küchenrolle, Spülmittel, Reinigungsmittel etc. war alles vorhanden ! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Für uns war das Wohlfühlen in der Wohnung besonders wichtig, da das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts richtig schlecht war (4 Tage Dauerregen). Der kleine Innenhof ist sooo schön gestaltet, wie ein kleiner asiatischer Wandelgarten. Es gibt auch im Herbst immer etwas Neues zu entdecken, wie wunderschön muss das im Sommer sein? Ein Supermarkt (Netto) mit Bäckerei und die historische Altstadt Braubach sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, noch schneller geht es an die wünderschöne Rheinpromenade. Ein Besuch der Marksburg ist empfehlenswert. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus) fahren alle 30 Minuten nach Koblenz. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist noch, dass in der Wohnung kostenloses WLAN vorhanden ist.

Sehr schön

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles dabei, was man braucht. Braubach war eine nette Überraschung. Nur im Internet war ein Bild von einem Balkon mit Blick zum Rhein und das stimmte nicht. Kein Balkon und kein Rheinblick. Nahe Eisenbahnlinie hat überhaupt nicht gestört. Netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Large, clean, with everything you need

The apartment was perfect for our family of three. It was very spacious & clean. They had everything you would need, including a kitchen. We were only there for one night so we didn't cook but it seemed as though they had everything you would need to do so. The bed was comfortable & my very tall 14 year old said the convertible bed in the living room was also comfortable. The bathroom was very clean & there was plenty of hot water & good shower pressure. Free parking on the street right in front was an added bonus. It is less than a 5 min drive to the downtown Braubach area & the Marksburg castle. The owners were very easy to communicate with before our arrival (not a lot of English but I used google translate to read the messages & it worked great). Overall I highly recommend this apartment.

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung in Braubach

Für den Besuch der GGB-Tagung (Gesellschaft für Gesundheitsberatung) im März 2016 suchten wir eine Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung aus dem Inserat. Sie war großzügig und sauber. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sowohl im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort immer gut. Am ersten Tag war die Wohnung kühl. Nach einer Reklamation von uns hat der Vermieter sofort die Heizung höher gestellt. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, sie liegt auch sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß gingen wir ein Stück am Rhein entlang in die Ortsmitte (ca. 10 Min.). Im Cafe Maaß bei einem Glas Tee und leckeren Kuchen fühlten wir uns genauso wohl, wie abends im Restaurant "Zum Weißen Schwanen" bei einem Glas Wein (sehr gemütlich). Peter und Diana

Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt

Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was ein Urlauberherz begehrt. Sie war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Da der Bäcker zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar war, konnten wir jeden Morgen mit frischen Brötchen frühstücken. Die Ferienwohnung bot ein gutes Ausgangsziel für Wanderungen in die Umgebung.
