The property with its special flair is located in Poris de Abona, quiet Canary coastal town, a district of the municipality of Arico.
Tenerife South Airport is about 18 km away. Here you will find everything you need. There is bank with ATM, gas station, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, supermarket, drugstore.
There are 2 sandy beaches, as well as the converted former pier. There are also a few bars / restaurants that offer not only local snacks but also chilled drinks.

The surfer's paradise El Medano near the airport is about 20 km away. There waves and wind are almost guaranteed.

Optimal

Super Ort. Gutes Appartement in gepflegter Ferienanlage. Optimal für zwei Personen. Alles da was man braucht. Sauberer 25m Pool. Gute Windgeschützte Terrasse. Die Bilder geben ein genaues Bild der Wohnung. Tino ist überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße Christoph und Monika

Very nice apartment. Very close to the sea.

We enjoyed our three week vacation in Tenerife and were very happy with this apartment. It is exactly like the description and photos seen on-line, even better.The apartment is located in an established, well-maintained building which is right beside the ocean and has a beautiful pool, a nice garden courtyard and play areas for children. It si steps to the small beach recommended by Lonely Planet and a short hike to another, larger beach. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. All the furnishings are in good condition.The bedroom is small but has lots of cupboard space. We especially enjoyed the large terrace with its great ocean view up the coast. The owner is friendly, eager to help, speaks English perfectly and is available locally if needed. The town is small and quiet and retains a sense of authenticity lacking in some other more touristy places. It is right near the main highway, making it easy to tour the island and get to nearby stores and restaurants. There are a couple of grocery shops and restaurants with irregular hours within walking distance but a car is needed. Lots of free parking is available. It is a laid-back place on the dry, sunny side of the island. The local scenery is stark but interesting. We found it a great location for sightseeing and for relaxing. The apartment is very nice, quiet and comfortable. It would suit a couple or family with one child.

Appartement très bien situé et très agréable

nous y avons séjourné 9 jours et sommes très satisfaits. l'appartement est très bien agencé, toute l'installation a été prévue pour que le vacancier soit à l'aise. Le propriétaire est sympathique et accueillant, un peu rapide toutefois. En comparaison avec d'autres lieux de l'ile, cet endroit est très calme, loin du tourisme de masse. Il y a un petit supermarché à 200 mètres, une pharmacie, un restaurant avec une terrasse donnant sur la mer où l'on peut se régaler de tapas et avec une ambiance très locale et chaleureuse. La langue Française n'est pas de rigueur sur l'ile mais pensez à apprendre quelques mots en espagnol, les canariens y seront très sensibles.

Very clean and spacious , nicely furnished , great balcony and wonderful view ,

This appt is set in a large block but it is really clean in the entrances , lift and inside The appt lounge is well furnished and spacious , Kitchen well supplied with items to cook although we did not you could very easily , if you are English no Kettle but you can boil water , no microwave , Bathroom was clean and spacious with walk in shower and there was a washing machine , Robes supplied and clean towels , Bedroom was spacious , the only thing it is a small bed for 2 people and especially for the summer when hot , but there is a sofa bed in the Lounge, I would not say it slept more than 2 , Tv had all the channels and if you switch to normal tv you can change to English , Music was available also and really had a lot of items such as games too , Very well maintained property , Internet did not work much , for an hour then not a strong enough signal but I must say the winds were very strong , the next day the internet worked at about 7 am then not at all ,but again winds were very strong , Great meet and greet with all explained , Location has a few bars one place on the beach and a little beach bar also , Ideal for a quiet break away from the hussle and bussle ,. Its a little village , there is a bar up the road , also supermarket at the top of the road , Nice walk to the lighthouse , small little bar cafe was really good for tapas , bars close weekends 11 , weekdays 10 so its a quiet location , Nearby if driving there is plenty of larger villages and places to visit , Owner provided very good and friendly check in and nothing was to much trouble , I am sure if you did have any problems they would be there to help immediately and are very concerned for you to have a good stay
