Our rural house in Finca Yphys is located in the municipality of Güimar, on the Island of Tenerife. It is located in a rural area, very close to the coast (Puertito de Güimar 4Km), and twenty minutes from the capital of the island (Santa Cruz).

The three-storey coast house:

The first floor of which we mention this property is the ground floor, which overlooks the tropical garden with fruit trees and grass, its interior consists of two double rooms with bathroom in each of them, there is the possibility of a third room Double with your bathroom, but it is located behind a door in the hallway so it is outside the apartment, in addition there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room that also serves as a living room with a satellite TV and WiFi. The most interesting is its large covered terrace with a porch that overlooks the garden. It has its entrance from it totally independent. The terrace has a large table and hammocks. Our natural biological lake is used to swim and enjoy its slide and waterfall.

The central floor of the house is a private home of the owners of the farm.

Finally, the attic, which is located on the top floor of the bio house where there is another apartment to rent.

We have two guard dogs on the farm.

Semaine correcte mais l'annonce n'est pas vraiment le reflet de la réalité: la piscine naturelle est en fait une mare croupissante dans laquelle les 5 chiens se baignent.... elle n'est plus utilisée comme piscine depuis bien longtemps De plus, personne ayant peur des chiens s'abstenir: 5 gros chiens certes très gentils mais envahissants !!!!! Après, le gite était propre, les lits confortables, et l'hote très aimable

Pura tranquilidad y bienestar

Hola. Estuve 15 días en julio y es un lugar ideal para descansar y desconectar. Lo pasamos en familia con niños y todos quedamos muy satisfechos. Seguramente repetiremos. Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos. Lo recomiendo!!!!

Una estancia inolvidable

La casa es maravillosa, rodeada de vegetación, en plena naturaleza, en contacto con los animales del entorno. Todo ello, unido a la amabilidad de su propietario , ha supuesto q tanto para mi marido, mis tres hijos y para mí se hayan convertido en unas vacaciones inolvidables. Sin duda volveremos. 8 Wochen Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Kellerwohnung bestehend aus drei Schlafzimmer mit je separaten Bad und einer Küche der Finca Yhys für 8 Wochen gemietet. Anfangs konnten wir uns zwar nicht vorstellen hier die nächsten 8 Wochen zu wohnen aber nach einiger Zeit waren wir froh über unser Urlaubsdomizil. Hier haben wir unsere Eindrücke kurz zusammengefasst: + sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis + großer Garten zum Spielen, perfekt für Kinder + Sandkasten, Kinderspielzeug, Kinderstuhl, Babybett, Buggy sind vorhanden Außerdem wurde uns eine Rückentrage zum Wandern geliehen oder auch Rutschautos + sehr kinderfreundliche Umgebung, die sich auch am Kinderlärm nie gestört haben + gute geographische Lage, Norden und Süden der Insel in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar + sehr freundliche und ehrliche deutschsprechende Vermieter - keine abgegrenzte Wohneinheit, da der Waschraum für´s ganze Haus im Mietbereich liegt, allerdings sind die Zimmer abschließbar - die 2 Wachhunde werden nirgendswo im Internet erwähnt. Diese haben uns zwar im ersten Moment geschockt, da sie aber wirklich sehr gut erzogen sind war das nicht so schlimm. Was allerdings unschön war, ist die Tatsache dass die Hunde überall ihr Revier markieren - Die Bilder im Internet für die beiden Wohneinheiten sind gemischt, man tut sich schwer zu erkennen welche Bilder die Kellerwohnung und welche die Dachgeschosswohnung (Suite) darstellen. Einige Bilder (Außenansichten) sind nicht gerade die aktuellsten, dass Haus wurde baulich etwas verändert. - Der beschriebene „Natursee“ entpuppte sich als umgekippt und nicht nutzbar. Die Ein oder andere negative Eigenschaft, wie zum Beispiel das die Wohnung ziemlich düster ist und wir auch tagsüber immer Licht brauchten, sind dem Vermieter bekannt und er ist am Planen wie man das ändern könnte.

Un lugar precioso y tranquilo.

Mi experencia en Gran Bio Casa de Campo ha sido muy buena, la casa estaba en perfectas condiciones y era exactamente igual a como se ve en la página web. Lo único malo era que habia hormigas, pero claro estamos en el campo y alli siempre hay animalitos. Por parte del propietario, el trato fue muy bueno, servicial y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo, así como indicarnos lugares de visitas, restaurantes, bodegas, playas,... Si buscais un lugar tranquilo, aunque apartado, pero en el campo, para descansar y desconectar es un sitio estupendo. Eso si nos hizo falta un coche de alquiler para poder ver la isla, que ademas no busco el propietario a muy buen precio.

Trato impecable y sitio muy bonito y tranquilo

Pues el trato del propietario ha sido perfecto, muy atento con todo lo que necesitaba. El interior de la casa estaba limpio y con todo lo necesario. El exterior para quien busque tranquilidad le encantara y las vistas sobre todo... preciosas. Esta a 5 minutos del pueblo en coche y encuentras todos los servicios que quieras... Yo lo recomendaria sin pensarlo para quien busque tranqulidad y encima a un precio super ajustado.. :)
