The apartment is located in a cul de sac with lots of greenery. The bus stop is about 250m away. During the day, every 10 minutes a bus to the center (14 minutes). By car only about 8 minutes. Park homes are plentiful. The Rhine (Schloss Biebrich) only 5 minutes by car. The Schiersteiner marina with the stork colony is located approximately 10 minutes by car. The bakery is 500m, a kiosk 400m and a restaurant 250m away. To gas station drive for about 1 minute and the supermarket about 2 minutes by car. The connection to the freeway 66 Frankfurt / Rudesheim and the 643 direction Mainz is very good (about 3 min.). The investor for Navigation on the Rhine has been reached in 5 minutes by car.
