About this property

Beautiful waterfront home, heated pool, bbq, dock, close to beaches, restaurant

Your home offers a comfortable open floor plan with lots of windows offering views of the pool and waterfront area. Upon entering the home, you walk down a short hallway and enter into the large common area with 3 sliding glass doors allowing access to the pool deck and lanai. Your master bedroom is very roomy with a king sized bed and it's own, newly remodeled master bath. The kids room offers a bunk bed along with a trundle and the final guest room offers a queen sized bed. All bedrooms have 40", 4K smart TVs while the living room has a 55" 4K smart TV.

Our full sized kitchen has all the comforts of home including stainless steel appliances, toaster, blender and a coffee maker.

Our outdoor space offers a large covered lanai with plenty of seating along with an area for outdoor dining. In addition, we have a beautiful saltwater pool, a dock with gorgeous water views and a 10,000 lb boat lift.
Property is centrally located close to restaurants and more, Uber-eats and other delivery services are fast and efficient.

Beautiful gulf coast getaway

Loved the house. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to beaches and many other activities. Saw tons of fish in the canal behind the house and even a manatee swam by one day. Would definitely stay here again. The host was really fast responding to messages. Thank you so much.

Relaxing trip

House is conveniently close to stores and restaurants. Pool is wonderful! Had plenty of pool towels and bath towels. Everything was working in the kitchen although we ate out for dinners. The rental is clean and comfy.

We had a nice stay here, the property was clean and as pictured. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the description said there was a hot tub and we didn't see one. The owner was very accommodating, which we appreciated.

Great Family Vacation

The house very clean, the openness of floor plan was great, and the pool warmed up nicely to swim. The host was quick to respond with any questions or issues solving. We even saw an alligator in the canal.

Very nice!

Dont be fooled by the curb appeal. This property is roomy, updated, fully supplied with everything ( kitchen essentials, towels, pillows, beach chairs, etc...) great A/C, beautiful heated pool and located on the canel for fishing. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Port Charlotte Visit

The property was very accurately described. The beds were comfy, the house was roomy, the pool was perfect. Spent a long weekend with my two sons & the amount of room was more than we needed to spread out comfortably. Kitchen was nicely appointed with all the tools. The property manager went above and beyond with some small issues we had. Would definitely stay again!

Overall very good stay. Neighborhood a lil rough looking but quiet and seemed safe. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Nice having dock and lift. Pool was refreshing, pool deck could use some tlc /paint chips stuck to feet. Grill was great and cooked well, tank was empty but we were able to get it filled over at Publix no problem. Location was close to all we needed. Overall a good base camp for our adventures along the coast.

Pleasant stay

We needed a small house for two couples while visiting another relative who is local. The neighborhood is not that fancy, but it is quiet. The pool was nice and the screened in area was without annoying biting insects which was a plus. There is a grocery not to far away. The owner told us the night before that we couldn’t use the garage because it was just painted, which was very disappointing. The cars were very hot! The TVs worked, the kitchen was clean and the beds were fine. The pans were old and coating was very scratched, however. All in all, it was fine for our needs.

River Aventure 2023

Great property with water access for us to take our Boston Whaler Montauk on this year's river adventure. We enjoyed the ease of water way. Went to Peace River a few times and up the Myakka. Caught bonnet head shark, snapper and some kind of talapia not native. House had all comforts but I would suggest; juice glasses, kitchen dish towels (none in linen closet or kitchen drawers), teaspoons (only had 1 that i could find), curtains in MB due to street light seeped in at nite, outside hose nozzle was not removable so we could not properly rinse motor, large fallen tree in water that posed a bit of an obstacle for boat. However, all in all house was perfect for our need! And owner very helpful when we had "user error" issues on access code.
