Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you have the time to start a load of linen laundry on your way out, that would be great. It's very helpful to our housekeeping staff. Ty!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No parties, indoor smoking/vaping, candles - No food in beds Never set air conditioning under 70 degrees to avoid freezing the system
The only cleaning we ask is to not leave dirty dishes. There are dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink if you prefer to use the dishwasher.

We stayed here last year as a family of five with our Rottweiler and we returned this year. Our doggie loves the yard, the kids love the pool and hubby and I loved hearing the birds while drinking coffee in the lanai. We went to Boca Grande beach and got to swim with the manatees!

Private little oasis

Very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there! Favorite part is the back yard little oasis with waterfall pond that you can cool off in! Mind you it is a pond not a swimming pool so it is natural but that’s what we loved about it! Trees, cactus and flowers all around it with stepping stones and sandy area that gives it a beachy vibe. Hot tub was amazing too even in July as the heat was off but stayed at a refreshing 90 degrees for an evening relax. Above all we really like the quiet neighborhood and privacy.
