Downtown Dallas Full House with Sparkling Heated Pool/Spa

Welcome to our large, cozy house with a private outdoor swimming spa/pool* on the east edge of downtown Dallas, walking distance to world-class parks, museums, art centers, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Nestled in quiet walkable Bryan Place, this 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house with all of the comforts of a home has ideal accommodations for everyone: families, children, couples, or small groups of friends. Downtown, Uptown, Arts District, Klyde Warren Park, Perot Museum, Greenville Avenue, Deep Ellum, and endless restaurants, clubs, and bars are just a walk away.

* POOL:
- Spa heat is $50/day. Please text to setup the hours you wish to use the heated spa.
- Pool heat needs 24-48 hours advance notice and temperatures above 65 and needs to be prepaid for $125/day.

Note *: Please understand that is our family home and we care about our neighbors and Dallas's quiet policy. No outside guests and no parties or gatherings are allowed in our home. Please respect our neighbors especially outside in the front or backyard by the pool. No sound amplification or loud noises allowed that disturbs neighbors. If we get noise complaints, we will contact you and if not remedied, your trip will be cancelled immediately with no refund and an additional charge of $1000.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the laundry room
- Make sure nothing is left inside the pool. - Gather pool toys and place in the box outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests need to make sure to limit noise or any music outside especially after 10 PM, Dallas quiet time. We care about our sensitive neighbors.
No unregistered guests or gatherings are permitted without prior authorization from host. Those permitted guests should not plan to spend the night.
The inside fireplace is not to be used by guests. No burning candles allowed inside the house. Guests are welcome to use the firepit outside.

This was a fabulous property! The neighborhood felt very safe, even though it is in the middle of downtown Dallas. The layout is perfect and definitely considers the vacationers! The pool and hot tub were tons of fun! The owner was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, we would come here again and again if opportunity presents! Don’t miss this gem!

It was good, driveway was a tight fit though and could not find controls for the heated pool/Spa but we were too busy to even use it so it was fine. So glad it was pet approved. Beds were comfortable. It was a good stay overall.

A great spot!

Spacious and clean, the host Sophia is very communicative and prompt. Walkable to plenty of spots and Ubers are close and inexpensive.

We had a fantastic stay here while we were in town for a wedding! Property managers were always super prompt on responses, best we’ve had in all of our rentals. Will definitely look to stay here again when we are back I. Dallas!

Great house!

Our family had a great time staying at this house so close to downtown. We were minutes from everything and really had a great time staying there. We will be maybe in the summer to enjoy the pool.

Amazing place in a great location!

Went to Dallas in the middle of July and the pool was a must! This place fit the bill perfectly and my group had a great time. Excellent location to Deep Ellum, walking distance to a grocery store, and the communication with the host was excellent!

R&R after surgery

I needed a place to stay after a surgery @ Baylor Scott & White. This place was perfect! I was within minutes of the hospital (which was perfect when i started to have complications). The house was great for my visitors & myself & my husband. We were able to cookout, relax by the pool, and stay nice & cool inside. The owner stayed in communication with me the whole time, upkeeping the pool & the grounds & making any repairs necessary.

Weekend review

This place was perfect for our weekend with friends and family. Sophia was very accommodating letting us check in early and was very responsive throughout the weekend. The backyard is perfect to grill and hangout by the pool. Highly recommend!

Great location

We overall had an excellent stay at Bryan Place. From the very beginning, our house was very responsive, we never had to wait on communication. We did have a couple blips but they were resolved. The property was very clean and nice and the location was perfect. We were minutes from downtown Dallas but had the peacefulness of a neighborhood.

This unit was perfectly situated for our small birthday celebration. Close to the museum district, downtown and Deep Ellum. The pool was wonderful on a hot weekend! Owner responded immediately to one small issue in the middle of the weekend.

Feels like being home

We rented this house to visit our growing family. Most of the family is out of state and then one in Dallas did not have enough room to host visitors. This house became our "New home" for two weeks. We had many people coming and going for the two weeks to visit with a new baby in Dallas. I would have never believed that we could all be comfortable and at home somewhere else but here it is!Host kept communications quick and house was just perfect. Pool is a definite plus since we have one in our yard. This completed the finest touches of home.Thanks for a great time in Dallas!!!

Great location to the convention center, street parking or drive way available. We had 3 moms and 5 athletes staying in this location. Spa was heated upon request, aprox 30 minutes before we would need access to it. Fire place had a do not use sign but we were not needing it. Pool is cleaned every Friday. Overall great facility was good and great experience as this was our 1st VRBO.

We enjoyed our stay but the home definitely left a lot to be desired, it could have been cleaner, a lot of fruit flys and bugs. It was older and run down. All the furniture and bedding was old and generic. We had 5 people and only about 10 bath / beach towels total in the entire house so we had to do several loads of laundry to keep up. The trash outside was overflowing and we had nowhere to throw ours away. Pool lights don’t work so almost impossible to swim at night. WiFi wasn’t working, had to reset it several times. I wouldn’t recommend

Relaxing pool close to the city center? Sold.

Overall Sophia's place worked out great for what we were looking for - we'd likely visit again and would definitely recommend it for others interested in an easy, no frills home-base for a trip to Dallas. For 8 adult men it was a little tight for sleeping arrangements and the 2 bathrooms, but otherwise it didn't feel crowded and was a good price compared to alternatives. As a point of clarity, the couches shown in the pictures do not "convert" to beds - the large sectional could probably fit 3 if needed - but they are large and comfy. During our stay we were aware of outside quiet hours starting at 10 PM, but while in the pool on a Friday night the neighbor did ask us to keep it down at only 9:30; we didn't think we were being very loud at all, just speaking at normal volumes, but apparently the neighbors are especially sensitive. That said, Sophia was always very responsive and answered a lot of questions over the weekend. She also was quick to provide additional sheets and blankets when requested. Overall it was a great experience.

This house is amazing! Sophia is a great host and was responsive. No issues with the house and very family friendly. My fiancée turned 50 and wanted to go back to where he was born so a weekend in Dallas it was. He wanted a place with a spa and fire pit to smoke a cigar by and the kids wanted a pool, and this house checked all those boxes for us. Kroger is very close and makes it convenient for food and firewood. The house is beautiful and very well kept. Very clean. When we comeback to Dallas we will book this house again. Location is right in downtown which is awesome if you want to be close to the tower, the zoo, the aquarium, JFK history, etc. RJs Mexican restaurant is close and very good too! The house has everything you need for a welcoming stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

A Gem of a Location!

Sahdri had a beautiful home in the perfect location to explore Dallas. There was so much space for me and my friends to stay with an awesome pool to cool off in the Texas heat. It was a hidden gem.

Very close to downtown Dallas. Cute neighborhood. Sleeps 7 comfortably on beds. Others on couches. Not ideal for 10 people. Great backyard with swimming pool. No hot tub even though it looks like one. Overall - we had a very nice stay.

Family Weekend Fun

We were originally supposed to be in this house the weekend beforehand, but due to a death in the family we had to push back our trip to the next weekend. Sophia was great and switched the dates for us, no problem! The house is in a very walkable neighborhood and was exactly what we needed. We had a great time!
