Favorite place - right on the lake

The house Lilla Villa in Höjemåla located on a calm lake near Holmsjö, about 30 km north of Karlskrona. The historical province of Småland with the famous Swedish glassworks, also known by the books of Astrid Lindgren, bordered to the north by the Blekinge region.
In Haussee, the Kroksjön, there are good fishing for pike and perch.
For recreational facilities include a rowboat and 5 bicycles.
Available remain: garden furniture, 3 chairs, 1 deckchair, 1 charcoal grill, a campfire site, an additional seat (table, bench, 2 chairs) right on the lake
Next Swimming: 300m.
Nearest public beach: about 5 km
In Holmsjö (about 3 km) there is a tempo-supermarket, a petrol station (Preem, payment by credit card!), A pizzeria, a café (Kaffestuga), a railway station, etc ..
Our house is also well suited for cycling trips in the near and far.
The nearby Karlskrona (World Heritage Site) is worth a visit. Recommended are z. As a visit to the Naval Museum, a boat trip to the archipelago or z. B. a river trip by motorboat Axel on the Nättrabyån.

Es war ein unvergesslicher und schöner Urlaub. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt, im See waren genug Hechte und Barsche die wir gefangen haben. Die Gegend war schön und die Sehenswürdigkeiten rings um waren sehr gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren reichlich vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war topp gelegen. Was ein bischen schwierig war war der Weg zum See. Es gab keine Treppe und ohne festes Schuhwerk könnte man schon ins rutschen kommen. Aber das haben wir gemeistert . Das Bott ist ein leichtes Aluminiumboot. Den See konnten wir nur mit Ruder befahren , da im See sehr große Steine liegen die man so nicht auf dem ersten Blick sieht. Wir haten einen Elektromotor mit., nach der ersten Fahrt haben wir nur noch die Ruder benutzt..Aber der See ist nicht groß und deshalb war das Rudern sehr entspannt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.Mit frdl. GrüßenFam. Stark

Einfach schön

Also wer mal so richtig abschalten will, muss unbedingt in die Lilla Villa. Es ist sooooo schön ruhig und die Kids hatten mega spaß an dem See!

Wunderbare Hütte mit allem, was man braucht

Wir waren eine Woche in der Lilla Villa und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt genug Bettzeug, das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, die Aussicht grandios, der Garten wunderbar urig. Es gibt sogar Fahrräder und Spielzeug im Uthus. Wer „Angst“ vor der Toilette hat: Keine Sorge, wir empfanden das Separet durch die Belüftung fast sauberer als normale Spültoiletten. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist oder mit Kindern auf ebener Fläche z.B. Fußball spielen möchte, wird aufgrund der Hanglage enttäuscht sein. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten mal.

Erholung am See

Wir waren gemeinsam mit unserem Hund 5 Tage im Schwedenhaus am See. Die Aussicht ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön! Das Haus und auch der Garten ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Genauso hatten wir uns Schweden vorgestellt. Vielen Dank dafür und schöne Grüße aus Bayern.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Leider konnten wir die vielen Vorzüge des Hauses nicht nutzen, da es sehr kalt war und viel geregnet hat. Wir wären gerne mehr geschwommen und hätten das tolle Ruderboot genutzt. Die Gegend bietet zum Glück genügend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Niet schoon, wel mooi

Locatie en huisje prima, was alleen niet netjes achtergelaten. Huismeester Lennart beloofde op zaterdag toilet te legen, maar is niet langs geweest. Communicatie verloopt stroef met huismeester. Eigenaar wel goed te bereiken. We hebben wel supermooie week gehad. Heerlijk relaxed!

Schönes Ferienhaus am See

Sehr schön direkt am See gelegenes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse auf den See, der sich mit dem Boot erkunden lässt. Direkt am Haus kann man wg. Schilf am Ufer nicht baden, aber 300 m entfernt gibt es eine sehr schöne einsame Badestelle. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Nicht unser Geschmack

Die Lage ist nicht so unser Ding. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden dort. Leider verläuft genau vor dem Haus der Weg. Links neben dem Haus verläuft der Weg zur öffentlichen Badestelle. Man musste die Hunde ständig im Auge behalten. Der See läd nicht zum Baden ein. Die Sat Anlage funktionierte nicht , ebenso das Radio. Also nur DVD und CD. Kein WLAN. Trenntoilette ist auch nicht unser Geschmack. Das Bad hat alles was man braucht. Allerdings war es für mich mit 190cm Größe viel zu schmal. Das Grundstück hat direkte Nachbarn und ist sehr steil. Es gibt keinen guten Weg zum Wasser. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist , sollte es lassen. Dire Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir waren eine Woche zuvor in Mittel Schweden ... eine ganz andere Lage (allein) ein riesiger See mit toller Qualität. Unsere erste Wahl , wird weiterhin Mittel oder Nord Schweden sein.

Smuk beliggenhed direkte til sø

Vi har nydt en uges sommerferie i Lilla Villa med vores børn på 6, 9 og 12 år. Huset er hyggeligt og ligger direkte til søen, med en smuk udsigt og solnedgang over søen. Vi sejlede ud med robåden flere gange og fiskede og badede. Vi fangede flere gedder og aborre. Rigtig dejligt sted, som klart kan anbefales, både af børn og voksne.

Schönes Haus in toller Gegend

Alles hat uns vieren Spaß gemacht: das Platzangebot im Haus, die liebevolle Einrichtung, die vielen hilfreichen Hinweise, die ruhige schöne Gegend im vollkommen bezaubernden Smaland, der weite See vorm Haus, das Boot, sogar die paar Mücken waren vergleichsweise freundlich. Also nix zu meckern, nur zu loben!

Beautiful locacation

Cousy house with a beautiful and quiet location. Stunning view over the lake. Enjoyed fishing in the lake (got pike and perch), taking the boat out - and relaxing on the porch with a good book. Kitchen had everything we needed and we used the grill allot. Beds were really good and the mosquito net for the bedroom windows came in handy. We had a great time in Lilla Villa.

Natur pur!

Das Haus hat alles und noch viel mehr, was man für einen Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das WC ist eine Art Campingtoilette mit Trennung, nach dem ersten Mal hat man es verstanden zu nutzen - auch Dank der liebevoll angebrachten Hinweis- und Infotexte im und ums Haus. Uns wurde ein Stapel Brennholz an der Feuerstelle zurecht gelegt. Den Grill haben wir auch genutzt, Kohle war noch ein wenig im Schuppen, den Rest haben wir kurzfristig dazu gekauft. Der Blick von der Terrasse Richtung Sonnenuntergang ist super! Einzig die weichen Betten sind nicht jedermans Sache. Die direkte Lage am See mit eigenem Ruderboot rundet das Ganze ab. Wichtig ist ein Mücken- und Insektenspray, aber das sollte Schwedenurlaubern bewusst sein. Baden kann man auch im See, allerdings sollte man Wasserschuhe tragen, um nicht auf eine der Muscheln zu treten, die auf dem Grund leben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einem kleinen Supermarkt sind mit dem Auto keine 5Min. entfernt - größere Supermärkte sind ca. 20Min Fahrt entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Ferienhaus ohne Beanstandungen weiter empfehlen! auch für Paare mit Kindern.

Einfaches, idyllischgelegenes Haus an einem schönen See.

Wir durften zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen in der Lilla Villa verbringen. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles, was es für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Unsere Kinder (5,7,9) haben vorallem das Baden im See, das Fischen und das Herumtollen in der nahen Umgebung des Hauses sehr genossen.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus!

Wir hatten wirklich tolle 14 Tage in der Villa Lilla! Die Abwicklung und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern in Vorhinein und alle Infos zum Haus waren schon perfekt. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Haus in super ruhiger, direkter Seelage mitten im Wald. Herrlich erholsam, ein Traum. Auch unsere Kids fanden es super dort. Haus mit top Ausstattung, alles da, was man so braucht. :-)

Super Ferienhaus am See

Ruhige Lage direkt am See. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt (Küchenutensilien, Gartenmöbel, Spielzeug, Fahrräder, Boot, etc). Angeln (z.B, Hecht und Barsch) auf dem See und Pilze suchen im Wald sind hier problemlos möglich. Nur die großen Hechte haben wir nicht gefunden ;-).
