Beautiful home and quiet neighborhood. Really nicely maintained . The 3 king bedrooms, all en-suite and the third floor set up worked out perfectly. The home had a variety of common areas where we could meet and some nice spaces to get away. Golf cart was a nice feature as were the passes to Water Color pools and Beach Club. On site management communicated well and when we did have a small issue with the pool heater, responded promptly and thoroughly. Really an excellent experience. At airport now and simply Hate to Leave.

Very comfortable.

Enjoyed the stay. One of the closets was a little small and could not get a baby pack-n-play in it. Had to improvise use the bathroom which worked. First floor a/c struggled a little to keep cool, but stayed relatively pleasant. Second and third floor a/c worked well. Other than that, great place to stay and would recommend.

Perfect for Large Families

While the layout was great and fit our family, the cleanliness of the home was poor when we arrived. We had 6 adults and 3 children 9, 5 and 3. Kitchen floor was sticky and needed to be cleaned around the stove and refrigerator. Master BR shower floor also needed a deep clean. Found miscellaneous food and toys under sofas and chairs as we were looking for a child’s shoes.
