Found out 2 hours prior to checkin that there was not accommodation as host had double booked. Stazy had issued a confirmation email and dedxuted my funds. Had to find alternative last minute accommodation.Very unhappy.

We never got the apartment, host said it was overbooked. Got left in the street in a verry unfriendly environment with wife and young kids. I wrote a complaint on your site stayneighborly did you received it?
