Located in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, in a new development*, in a very wooded setting, it has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. The best part? The secure play area that will delight the little ones and the shared swimming pool, which will be available from late November and will be heated to 28 degrees all year round!



Inside, put down your suitcases, and you're at home! The lounge/dining room will allow you to get together as a family. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle). All in simple and minimalist décor.

On the sleeping side, you will have a first bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for the little ones. The bright bathroom has a washing machine.



Finally, you will appreciate the terrace with its bioclimatic pergola and the garden to enjoy long summer evenings.



For even more comfort, you will also have a parking space. On the estate, it is forbidden to charge electric cars on site – risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.
