Our family-friendly apartment for 4 people was renovated in 2016 and is waiting for you to spend a few nice days in Josefsthal am Schliersee.
We placed special emphasis on comfort, quality and comprehensive equipment. WiFi is available, TV in the living room and in the sleeping gallery. Towels and bed linen are provided.
A fee of 50 euros applies for the final cleaning.
A charming combination of Bavarian country house style and modern furnishings awaits you on a good 100 m2. Enjoy a fantastic mountain view in summer on the terrace and in winter in front of the tiled stove.
Holiday apartment is the perfect starting point for hikes (e.g. Brecherspitz, Jägerkamp, Spitzingsee, castle ruin Waldeck), MT bike tours, visits (e.g. Wasmeier Museum, Whiskey Distillery Slyrs), Baden (Schliersee, Freibad Fischbachau), skiing (Spitzingsee, Sudelfeld), cross-country skiing (Fischbachau, Bayrischzell), beer garden / restaurant visits and much more.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in these spacious, clean and comfortable accommodations. We loved walking and hiking in the area and swimming in the lake. Andrea was very kind and very responsive. We loved our stay!

A fantastic apartment - comfortable, well equipped, peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Josefstal, Neuhaus. The apartment is really comfortable and beautifully clean. It's lovely to sit on the balcony and look at the fabulous view. We did some amazing hikes from the apartment, enjoyed cycling around and swimming in the lake and had great fun getting the chair lift up to the local ski resort and mountain karting down. There are some good restaurants near the apartment and a lovely playground. We got the train from the local station (2km from the apartment) into Munich - very easy and a good day out. Thanks for a super holiday!

Schöne ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne ruhige Lage. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Sehr schön ist das Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage. Der Blick auf die Berge vom Bett aus, ist schon Besonders.

Schöne, große Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung

Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und haben daher mehr Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht, als ursprünglich gedacht. Umso besser hat es uns gefallen, dass sie so geräumig ist. Es war alles da, was wir benötigt haben, sogar Spülmaschine, Backofen, Waschmaschine und auf dem Balkon ein kleiner Grill. Die Daunendecke war für mich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, der Rest war prima und unkompliziert.

Regentage

In einer Woche Schliersee mehrere heftige und oder ausdauernde Regentage haben dazu geführt, dass wir mehr als geplant Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht haben. Mit einer 2-jährigen in der Reisegruppe ist eine objektive Beurteilung da schwierig ;-) Kontakt zur Vermieterin war bestens. Schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und alles nötige ist vorhanden. Leidet technische Probleme mit Geschirrspüler und Internetbandbreite. Beste Aussicht. Bei keinem Regen noch besser. Alles wichtige in näherer Umgebung erreichbar (Bäcker, Spielplatz, Slyrs...)

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung

Der Check in war problemlos mittels Zugangscode. Es ist eine sehr große, offen gestalltete Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden, in der Küche als auch im übrigen Haus. (z.B. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett). Die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausreichend ausgestattet. (schön wäre ein Wasserkocher. Das war aber auch mittels Wasserkessel auf dem Herd kein Problem) Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief immer freundlich und schnell. Sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Gepflegte, komplett eingerichtete und geräumige Wohnung mit gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern und großen Balkonflächen. Sehr ruhige Lage ohne Verkehr. Mit dem Auto vier Minuten zur südlichen Badestelle am Schliersee. Nur wer Seeblick sucht, wäre hier falsch. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Lage

Eine wunderschön und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Von Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Küche hat man über große Fensterfronten einen sehr schönen Blick auf Natur und Berge. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Fußbodenheizung und Kachelofen sorgen für Behaglichkeit (wir waren im Herbst dort und auf den Bergspitzen lag bereits Schnee). Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder sonstige Tagesausflüge. Check-in ist sehr unkompliziert und flexibel (Zahlentürschloss), und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben einige tolle Tips bekommen, und die Antwortzeit bei Kommunikation war immer vorbildlich schnell - alles sehr lobenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schliersee September 2020

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt ruhig. Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und haben sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in Ihrer Garage unterstellen. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das WLAN ist relativ schwach aber funktioniert.

Traumhafte bayerische Idylle!

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist traumhaft (Bergpanorama, Wasserfall fußläufig zu erreichen) und die Wohnung erfüllt alle Erwartungen: – sehr sauber – super Ausstattung – sehr groß und viel Platz (für Kinder) – tolle Aussicht mit Balkonen ringsum – super Lage (Schliersee und Spitzingsee gleich um die Ecke) Ich könnte hier jetzt noch weiter ausschweifen … kurz gesagt: besser geht's nicht! :-)

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage

Die Lage des Objektes ist ideal - nahe genug an den relevanten Locations (See, Stadt), entfernt genug, um nicht zu sehr durch den Verkehr belästigt zu werden. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr freudlich seitens der Vermieter war, daß wir unsere Bikes sicher unterstellen konnten.
