Our ground level, newly renovated, fully equipped, and centrally air-conditioned, garden view studio is located in the quiet section of the Banyan Building. It has a full semi-private lanai, and offers a full-sized and fully-stocked kitchen. We have upgraded with new kitchen and bath cabinets, granite countertops, carpeting, wallpaper, walk-in glass-block shower, new flooring, and modernized ceiling. We installed a new top-of-the-line $3,500 Wynn Hotel Luxury Bed which our renters rave about. This non-smoking condo can comfortably sleep four guests and has a digital safe for valuables. In addition, we have a brand new 55" Smart TV. The resort also has two swimming pools with jacuzzis and waterfalls.
