Welcome to Oso Mimoso, a custom built split log home located near the golf course, local zoo and Bear Mountain Ski Resort.

Upon entering the home you will be in the well appointed family room. Relax on the oversized linen sofa and watch your favorite movie on the large flatscreen TV or get comfy in front of the wood burning fireplace. Just off the family room is garage access and a powder bath.

The open concept dining area offers a large farmhouse style table with seating for eight. Just off the dining room is a full bath equipped with a stackable washer and dryer available for your use. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A Keurig coffee machine is provided.

Step out to the backyard from the dining room, which is fully fenced and mostly hardscaped. Enjoy grilling on the propane barbecue. You can also enjoy soaking in the hot tub or lounge and soak up the mountain sun on the upper deck.

Back inside and down the hall from the living space are the bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, large flatscreen TV, a full bath with soaking tub and walk in shower and outdoor access to the upper deck. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ample closet space and the third bedroom offers two twin over twin bunk beds.

With an upgraded interior and modern fixtures plus a casual yet elegant mountain/boho vibe with deep wood accents, Oso Mimoso is a great place to get comfy and make new memories with family and friends.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
