Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 11 people (10 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

This beautiful family friendly two-story cabin is filled with mountain charm and comes with central heating. On almost a 1/2 acre with lots of trees and green grass. Perfect year-round location for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Just two blocks to Snow Summit. Near the lake, Village, local parks, restaurants, and National Forest hiking trails. Just a short drive to Alpine Zoo, Snow Play, and more!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2,600+ sq. ft. open concept home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, twin/twin bunkbed, and private bath with tub and shower. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunkbed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, center island, breakfast nook, smart TV, cooktop stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Upstairs loft game room with pool table, large sectional sofa, smart TV, and desk work area. Board games and card games. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
