Nikte Ha 1A is a beautiful garden view ground floor studio in Half Moon Bay’s newest luxury condos with a beachfront pool. This unit has an open floor layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, king size bed and entertainment unit.

This studio has its own independent entrance and a lock off door connecting to a gorgeous 2 bedroom beachfront condo allowing this unit to be used as a 3 bedroom vacation rental. The adjacent condo has a full kitchen, living room, beachfront deck, a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Only a short stroll on the beach to some of the best beachfront restaurants nearby or walk down Akumal road to Yal-ku Lagoon, Akumal Bay, and downtown Akumal for more dining options, stores, dive shops and fun for everyone during their stay.


*Please be advised that while Nikte Condominiums do have an elevator, the service is inconsistent and in no way guaranteed. Please anticipate using the stairs. Thank you!

A Little Gem

The studio is small but well equipped. The pool and beach are pretty and inviting. There are restaurants and activities within easy walking distance but the area is quiet and safe at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Directly located across the street from the convenience store, and roughly equidistant between the La Lunita / The Jungle and La Buena Vida, the three primary dining options. 15 minute walk to Akumal or the lagoon.

The bed was one of the best I’ve slept on in a vacation condo. The wifi was not dependable, bring some books, the pool & beach were amazing! Rent a bike to get around, restaurants are within walking distance.

Very good location. Internet was painfully slow. TV was only for Netflix and YouTube and we don’t use either one. No hot water during a 10 minute shower our morning of check out. Service staff is very friendly and helpful

Good water pressure but no hot water... The battery compartment on the safe is broken and no key so could not use the safe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had no major issues with the rental. It is small but has everything you require for a good stay. We stayed for almost a month and the only issues were the lack of steady hot water, a non working safe, and a couple of tiny cockroaches in the drawers occasionally. The hot water is an on- demand system that is finicky, the safe was not an issue as the condo is very secure. The maintenance staff and cleaning staff are very excellent! The manager did what she could to make our stay excellent! Wi-Fi was weak but we brought a booster to give us what we needed for entertainment! Location is fantastic!

The housekeepers are professional and polite, they will help you if you need anything for the studio. The bed was very comfortable however the wifi is spotty, I’d suggest you get data for your phone. The location is fantastic, extremely safe, in the middle of restaurants, store across the street & beach out front! The concierge service & office staff were quick to help which was greatly appreciated!

We had a fantastic time in Akumal in April 2024. The Nikte-Ha studio condo was perfect for two, in a quiet area. We felt safe and slept very well with sound of the waves and the king bed. • About a 20 minute walk into downtown Akumal/playa, 30 minutes to the highway, 35 to the pueblo. It can be a lot in the mid-day heat. Yal-ku lagoon is a 10 minute walk. • Convenience store is directly across the street. • Door handle that other reviewers have mentioned broke during our stay. It was fixed the next day, so there is a nice sturdy handle now. • Lots of light coming through the windows day and night. • Safe is broken and has been for some time. It’s not just an issue of replacing the battery, the whole compartment is rusted out and non-functional. FYI, if a safe is important to you. • Seaweed was bad during our stay and prevented us from using the beach in Half Moon Bay. Obviously not the fault of the VRBO. We used the pool instead, that was great. • Booking office is another company – communications will come from them (not Expedia). They were very responsive and helpful. They will bill in USD. • Big jug of drinking water is provided. • We found the wi-fi quite reliable, even for streaming.

Wonderful stay right on the beach

This condo is new. Very modern. Has everything you need for a wonderful stay(no tv). Stove, oven,, pots, pans, and many utensils. You walk right out to the pool and Half Moon Bay beach. Beach chairs set up each morning., no seaweed!!!! The pool is spotless, cleaned every morning. Quiet neighborhood! Easy walk to La Lunita, and La Buena Vita restaurants. An easy walk to Akumal beach. Also has free parking. Very easy to contact management(right across the street). Only recommendation if you're arriving after 5 pm.,there are 2 Nikte buildings, go to the unit that is to the left. We'll be back! Thanks Ann, our visit was wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Parking is excellent, personnel very responsive. Internet was horrible. That may not be anything but location related. The only tv access was netflix and youtube, neither of us watch those. A few things were missing ( coffee cups, kitchen garbage can, coffee maker didn't work), but these were all replaced when we asked. The quiet neighborhood, beach access and pool were enjoyable.
