L’appartement est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et trĂšs lumineux. J’ai grandi dans le 15ᔉ arrondissement, un quartier que j’apprĂ©cie beaucoup pour ses nombreux commerces et son atmosphĂšre agrĂ©able. La ligne 8 du mĂ©tro permet de rejoindre le centre de Paris en une vingtaine de minutes, ce qui est trĂšs pratique.Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© en dĂ©cembre, lors d’un Ă©pisode de froid peu commun, et l’appartement s’est rĂ©vĂ©lĂ© difficile Ă  chauffer : 2 des 3 radiateurs ne chauffaient pas, ce qui a rendu le logement frais. Par ailleurs, l’isolation phonique est trĂšs limitĂ©e : les bruits des appartements voisin (dĂ©placements, sanitaires, conversations) Ă©taient facilement perceptibles, ce qui peut ĂȘtre gĂȘnant pour les personnes sensibles au calme.
