The property is huge, and the home was very well maintained. The host responded quickly to all communication. The location is very convenient for access to local restaurants, or a short (under 1hr) trip to Yosemite.

What can be said about this property that's positive? Everything. What can we say that's negative? Absolutely nothing. Sneha is a wonderful host. She was quick to reply to my questions and everything was just beautiful. She received so many compliments on her home. It is gorgeous. The grounds as well were spectacular. Our two pups ran zoomies around her back and side yards. Even THEY were happy there. Our family wants us to stay there the next time we go visit Fresno. If you have any qualms about this home, don't. Stay! You won't be disappointed.

Excellent property and service

Property is in a very nice neighborhood. Wish our stay was longer than two nights to take advantage of all the amenities. Owner was great. Will definitely stay here again.

There were cobwebs on the walls/corners of the kitchen. The windows looking out to the pool and backyard were filthy. It took 4 to 5 minutes for the water to get warm for a shower. The host told me there were two queen beds in the household and there is only one. The other is a double. Had I known that, I would not have rented the house, which is why I asked specifically about the size of the beds. The cupboards in the kitchen are old and worn down.

While I was happy to accommodate your requests for both early check-in and late checkout to help ensure a great trip, it is unfortunate that your review focuses on the perceived negatives—however, I am happy to address them here. ​The home does feature two queen-size beds as indicated in the listing and pictures. Regarding the pool-facing windows, these are professionally cleaned every six months, though seasonal rain and outdoor elements can cause temporary water spots between scheduled cleanings. I pride myself on being a very responsive host and accommodating my guests as best as I can, so my advice for anyone reading this, is to please feel free to reach out to me at any point during your stay.

We booked this house for my in-laws 80th, a place for the whole family to get together. It worked well for us all to be there. The teens loved the pool and pool table and we all had a great time. Like other people have mentioned the house wasn’t as clean as we expected. But we all had a good time regardless.

Nice pool

Nice pool and hot tub, nice master suite. Host was very uptight and we felt like we were being watched. The cleaning person was hovering on day two and 30 minutes before checkout.

Everything you’d want for family fun!

Spacious and filled with amenities, this home was the perfect place for a family gathering. A beautiful, well maintained swimming pool was enjoyed by all! The pool table, ping pong table and food ball provided many options for entertainment. The location was perfect for all the family traveling by road or air.
