Conveniently located just minutes from HWY 99 and the El Paseo Marketplace, you'll have quick access to shopping, dining, and everything you need.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Premises will be delivered clean, and Guest must return them in the same condition. Guest may not alter, move, remove, or store any furniture or Host/Homeowner belongings at any time during the stay.
Homeowner isn’t liable for loss, damage, or injury except in cases of Host gross negligence. Guest is responsible for all damages/costs from their actions & may not make repairs without prior approval
If Guest holds over after the term ends, they become a tenant at sufferance at $2,000 per day and remain subject to this agreement. Guest is liable for all damages or losses caused by the holdover.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
•No unregistered guests are allowed. •Please respect the outside noise curfew of 10 p.m. •No pets allowed. •No smoking on the premises.
•Please dispose of your garbage in the trash cans provided. •Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty and follow pool rules at all times
•No loud music •No parties •Drugs and illegal substances are not allowed on the premises; if found you will be asked to vacate and lose your deposit.

My family and I had an excellent stay. The house was very clean and spacious. The game room was a nice bonus. Everything was great, and communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.
