Welcome to our peaceful property nestled in a quiet neighborhood, where you can relax and unwind in the comfort of your own private yard. Step inside and you`ll find an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. For those who need to work or study during their stay, there`s a convenient office nook with a desk and chair. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, and all bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses with top-quality linens. The luxurious master suite boasts a king bed, walk-in shower, soaker tub, and double vanity sink, as well as two walk-in closets. Outdoors, the oasis awaits with a large private pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, pergola with dining table, and even a small grassy area for little ones to play. The neighbourhood is located just off Perrin and Willow avenue. It is a very family friendly area and close to several grocery stores, including Vons & Food4less. River Park Shopping mall is just a 10 minute drive away.
The pool and hot tub use are use at your own risk. The host & owners of the property are not responsible for accidents or injuries involving pool and hot tub use.
We do not allow smoking inside, large parties and gatherings. Small intimate gatherings are ok. If guest count exceeds 8 extra day guests there will be extra charges.
If extra guests will be visiting the property during your stay, please inform the host. Any disturbance to the neighbour`s is subject to cancellation of your reservation.
