3 Bed, 2 Bath Cozy Home Across from Zoo in the heart of Baraboo.

I found this home on my birthday and knew it was MY home. I happily lived here for 10 years and loved it. Life took me in a different direction but I'm fortunate enough to be able to keep it in my life and thrilled to give you the opportunity to enjoy it. Directly across the street from Ochsner Park and free admission Zoo, enables you to enjoy the animals right from the front porch. Adjacent to Ochsner Park, is Baraboo's 3 mile Riverwalk that is part of the Wisconsin Ice Age Trail. If shopping is on your list, you are 0.5 mile from the downtown square and all it has to offer. 5 miles to Devil's Lake State Park, 12 miles to Wisconsin Dells, 14 miles to Cascade Mountain, 40 miles from Madison. Dane County Regional Airport and Dells Baraboo Airport service the area.

For the safety and security of guests and owner, 1 outdoor camera is placed on the garage to capture the driveway and front and back entrance of the property and 1 camera in utility area.

The house was well furnished and had plenty of space for my family to spread out and relax. It had nice amenities, was clean, and was in a good area well away from the tourist traps in Wis Dells while being a short drive to everything we wanted to do.

The property was very clean and well equipped. The A/C worked good. The beds were a little soft for my liking but not everyone likes to sleep on a rock (like my wife would say). Overall a great place to stay. Would stay again.

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a small zoo and park across the street. This home is close to great restaurants and a short drive to the Wisconsin Dells. Check-in was very easy. The home is very neat and tidy. The front porch is comfortable, inviting, and relaxing. It’s nice to observe some of the zoo animals right from the porch swing.

A charming, cozy home in great condition. The home was much larger then we thought it would be. It was better then advertised.. An ideal location right across the street from the little zoo. We heard a few strange sounds then realized it was the Sand Hill cranes. I loved sitting on the porch listening to the birds.

Feels like home!

This property was just as described! It was perfect for our family of three getaway. We enjoyed the area (zoo across the street) and downtown Baraboo (eateries, antique stores and the circus museum). The weather wasn’t as good as we had hoped, but we still enjoyed our stay very much.

We very much enjoy everything Baraboo and surrounding areas has to offer. My family and I especially enjoy taking advantage of kayaking the Baraboo river. History, outdoors, shopping, scenic sights, breweries, wineries, waterparks.... The Baraboo area really offers it all.
