Quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from downtown and 1 mile from CU boulder campus. 2 smart TV's and 3 king beds or 2 king beds and 2 twins in third bedroom. Wifi! Private yard with table and lounge chairs. My family of five really enjoyed this place. Apartment was located in an established neighborhood close to downtown and Chautauqua Park with its great hiking trails. The beds were comfortable and living room was cozy. We would recommend this place for a Boulder visit.
