Kathy's place was perfect for our girls weekend. Having three identical bedrooms made room selection easy. The two bathrooms worked comfortably for six of us. It was nice to have a kitchenette to store some snacks and breakfast items. And we really enjoyed he quiet location within walking distance to Chataqua (and longer walk to University Hill / CU area). Highly recommend!

This was a lovely apartment overall. The host was attentive and friendly, the linens, towels, and other amenities were luxurious, and the location near Chautauqua Park was superb. Extremely comfortable beds, and light airy decor. The kitchenette was completely adequate for our needs as well. We would stay again.
