Enjoy the peaceful ambience of this classic Italian house with high ceilings and bright rooms. The living room welcomes you with a sofa, antique wooden furniture and a traditional stove, which provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings. Take a seat at the dining table or retreat to one of the adjoining rooms with a book. The spacious kitchen with a large dining table offers ideal conditions for preparing regional specialities.
Spend time in the extensive natural garden with fruit trees. Set the table on the sunny terrace with a large parasol and enjoy the view of the greenery. Use the brick-built pizza oven for cosy evenings outdoors. Let your children play on the slide while you relax on the deckchairs on the banks of the River Vara, which runs right in front of the house.
Discover Varese Ligure, visit the Baia del Silenzio and the Baia delle Favole in Sestri Levante or head to Bonassola and Monterosso in the Cinque Terre. Explore Genoa with its famous aquarium or stroll through Portofino. Hiking, mountain biking or a visit to the adventure park round off your holiday.
Please note: The upper floor is not accessible and is used by the owners for storage. The last 100 metres of the access road are asphalted and 2.20 m wide.
