Bright 2 bedroom countryside villa between Portofino and the Cinque Terre

Caregli Country House is an independent house, with large and bright spaces and a splendid view of the Sturla Valley and its mountains, with the sea on the horizon.
It is located in the Aveto Regional Natural Park, a true natural paradise yet to be discovered, with the highest mountains of the Ligurian Apennines, ideal for hiking or mountain biking. We are in the Land of the Wild Horses of Aveto, which can be observed thanks to the Wild Horse Watching excursions.
We also have many excellent local products and a varied and genuine cuisine that will add pleasure to your holiday!
The house has 2 bedrooms with double bed (one of which can become a triple), bathroom with tub / shower, kitchen, entrance hall, lounge, panoramic balcony and a small but lovely garden with lilac and pitosfori plants. In the hall it is possible to add 2 single beds or a double bed.
On the ground floor there is a garage and another service bathroom, with washing machine.
We are almost in the mountains, but still only 22 km from the Riviera (Chiavari, Lavagna).

Breathtaking view

We really enjoyed the house because of the amazing surroundings in the mountains. Such a beautiful view we haven‘t had before in a holiday house. The house itself is charming because of the style when it was built-old furniture, tiles and dishes and a history of its former owner. We had to get used to the long way down to the beach but Italien traffic was a bit annoying. Nevertheless staying in Martinas and Francos house was peaceful and both were friendly and helpful hosts. Fisher.

Splendid house with a lot of rooms and beautiful view

We, two adults and son of 18, have had a wonderful time in holiday house from Martina and Franco. A beautiful house, with a lot of space. Very authentic. The views are great in a very calming surrounding. Everything you need, is in the house . Washing machine, toaster, oven etc. You can sit in the sun but also al lot of shade around the house. Very friendly owners, helpful with everything, WiFi was ok, room for the car on property. It was great. Thanks very much Martina and Franco.

Een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis in Caregli. Het huis is ruim, functioneel en heeft alles wat nodig is om een goed verblijf te hebben. Het huis is nog jaren 60 stijl ingericht waardoor meubels, slaapkamer en badkamer qua comfort wat oud is. Maar de ligging in de heuvels ver van de stedelijke drukt maakt alles goed. De prachtige natuur en de diverse hike- en trailroutes beginnen letterlijk aan de voordeur. Voor wilde paarden, reeën, zwijnen en vele vogels hoef je niet ver de natuur in. En ook het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is super. Voor onze hond was de volledig omheinde tuin geweldig en voor ons dus ook. Prima uitvalsbasis voor mooie roadtrips en bezoekjes aan Chiavari, Cinque Terre en Genua. De eigenaresse Martina is super behulpzaam en reageert snel op vragen. En heeft ons vanuit de touristinformation ook goed wegwijs gemaakt.

A beautiful house on a beautiful spot!

We've had a great time in this beautiful house. We loved the stunning view from the balcony (we were even able to see the sea when the wheather was clear!). The house was very comfortable and spacy. Martina was very hospitable and helpful. It was also easy that she spoke english very well. The house was in a peaceful setting. There was enough to do both in the mountains and on the coast. There were also much interesting and beautiful places on the coast; Chiavari, Portofino, Sestri Levante and more. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Martina!
