CATASTROPHIQUE !!! A NE PAS PRENDRE !!!

L'état des lieux d'entrée s'est résumé à une visite de la maison puisqu'aucun chauffage n'avait été branché avant mon arrivée. Une cheminée dans la pièce à vivre, mais aux dires du gardiennage si nous voulions du bois il fallait paiyer en plus. Or, rentrant de notre soirée d'anniversaire et de réveillon le 1er janvier à 4 H 30 du matin, les pièces du RDC étaient glaciales malgré le chauffage branché à 16 H. Nous avons dû re-lavé l'ensemble de la vaisselle que nous voulions utiliser tant elle était sale ! Nous n'avons eu droit à du bois qu'après avoir "menacé" la "gardienne" de porter plainte pr logt "insalubre". Non ! la villa n'est pas rénovée ! seulement en cours de rénovation la sdb du RDC était fermée pour cause de rénovation en cours. Bref, si vous deviez louer en été, n’hésitez pas à faire ouvrir le réfrigérateur pour les odeurs qui auraient pu y rester, inspecter TOUTE LA VAISSELLE : y compris poêles, casseroles, couverts et verres parce que tout était sale !
