Malinska. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house temporarily, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
