Home Away From Home

This home way exceeded our expectations. The pictures of the home were good but the actual home is very homey and comfortable. Rob has everything and I truly mean everything you would ever need in the kitchen. He was very quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. We love the 55+ community because we were busy playing pickleball, riding the community bikes and playing table tennis and billiards in the Clubhouse and having breakfast in the cafe. The only downfall was the location of the home. It wasn’t close to any shopping or entertainment areas. But with all the building going on, I’m sure they will put in a shopping center more convenient for the people in that area. I would highly recommend renting this home.

Great house and great host.

We wanted to try out living in a 55 and over community and Rob’s place was perfect for us. Just a year old and impeccably clean, it made it easy for us to settle in and become locals. Rob was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided us with a good amount of info on the community and the nearby area. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again.

Mike & Sherry were absolutely delightful guests. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and they certainly didn't disappoint. They treated my home with care and respect. If all guests were as responsible as these two, hosts would never need to be concerned. I would not hesitate to open my home up for these two again.
