Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home In Estrella Mountain Ranch, Goodyear AZ. Fully furnished with all the appliances, utensils, and Linens you will need. Wi-Fi and Satellite TV.
There are Bikes for some of the greatest mountain trails in the Valley. Golf clubs to enjoy the Jack Nicklaus designed course within a mile of the home or the dozens of courses within a 20 mile radius. There are Tennis rackets for use on the several tennis courts in the housing area.
Our Home is only ten minutes away from the spring training home of the Cleveland Indians and the Cincinnati Reds.
Do you love NASCAR racing? Phoenix International Race Way is just 10 minutes away. Hockey?
The Arizona Coyotes Arena is 25 minutes. and Phoenix University Stadium, Home of the Cardinals is only 25 Minutes away.
Our Home is just 30 minutes west of the airport, with Shopping, Restaurants, and Entertainment just minutes away. Or, just sit back, relax and enjoy the very Private Backyard, heated pool......Pool heating is an extra charge.......Fire pit and Built in BBQ.
We also have a Misting system installed on the backyard patio....so even in the summer heat you can stay cool while enjoying the outdoors.

Very Relaxing

The house was the perfect size. The pool made our stay, with the temperatures so hot. Everything from the putting green, to the grill, to the playing cards, added to our fun.

Very neat ,clean, comfortable, enjoyable, Great pool!!

The four of us stayed a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The weather was GREAT, upper 90's every day. Safeway near by was very handy. Although none of us play golf, the course is beautiful and so is the lake. Would highly recommend.....John A. Olympia WA.

Great Host

I really enjoyed my stay in this property & the host was great to work with. Due to flights being delayed the Host was accommodating by assisting in the last minute changes. The garage alone was an incredible selling point for me to pick this property over all the others. Spending nights by the fireplace was a great was to end every night. Thanks again for everything I really appreciate it.

I would rate this an 8/10

Tho' the property is dated; it is in an excellent location for all amenities and golf courses. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't very good for us during our visit, so never had use of the pool. On the site it states that it has a heated swimming pool but fails to add that this is an extra expense on top of the rental if you want to us it. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay for our first time in Arizona.

Wonderful Property at Estrella Mountain

First off, David the owner is very responsive to any questions you may have. The property is lovely. The beds were comfy. The pool was divine, they supplied pool floats, & pool towels. The kitchen had everything you could need, the pantry was well stocked with basics. The outdoor BBQ worked well too. The misting system on the patio is a real bonus. We appreciated having a garage to pull into. We found the dog park at the bottom of the hill to be a hit with our pooch. The lake area was nice to walk around as well. The pickle ball players there are friendly and drop-in play is allowed. Thanks again for everything!

I’m not sure what was nicer- the home, the pool, or David. This was one of the best ABB experiences we have had due to the fact David was so helpful and responsive and he keeps this home in great shape. Very clean, organized, no perfume smells, easy to find what you need. His home had absolutely everything a family ( 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 small dogs) could need to comfortably stay for a week. We felt right at home. His extremely well cared for pool and putting green was the highlight and location in Estrella. Master bed and living room couch were very comfortable and we used his fully stocked kitchen to cook in daily and the BBQ was very helpful. Thank you David for sharing your amazing home with us and being so accommodating!

Amazing Stay!!

We had an amazing weekend at David’s home in Estrella! The backyard is absolutely incredible—between the beautiful pool, the well-equipped barbeque area, and the fun putting green, we spent most of our time outside enjoying every bit of it. David was a fantastic host—he provided super simple, clear instructions for everything well ahead of our stay, which made our stay completely stress-free. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway!

A good time in Goodyear!!

We had a fantastic holiday. David was always prompt with any questions we had. The house was very clean and had all the amenities and extras you could want. The neighborhood is lovely, safe for long walks and bike rides. The golf clubs came in handy for us duffers. Thank you to David for the excellent hospitality. Wonderful stay!

This home was a great place for us to rest and relax while visiting friends and family throughout the valley. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. We loved using the pool! It is such a quiet neighborhood. The owner had us check with him upon arrival to make sure our check in was smooth. He also checked in with us during our stay to make sure make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We would highly recommend this property.
