Landlord supplies gas, electric, water, trash services, snow and lawn maintenance, internet, and streaming services. Tenant shall be responsible to pay the Landlord for all monthly gas and electric bills that exceed $300 per month.

Application Fee: $50 PP
Security Deposit $1,000
Cleaning Fee: $275 (Deep Cleaning)
