In southern Berry, at the gateway to the Brenne Regional Natural Park and the Creuse Valley, a house in the medieval town with a small courtyard.
Close to Lake Eguzon and the Chaillac lake.
Bonus: linens and heating included in the price. Ground floor: living room with dining area and lounge, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: landing, 3 bedrooms (double bed) and bathroom/toilet.
Gas heating included in the price.
Free public parking 50 meters away (parking available in front of the house).
Private 10 m² courtyard (access via one step).
