Welcome to Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort (Phase II) *most desired phase* 4th floor view & YES its the LARGEST 2bedroom floor plan with 3 separate sliding glass doors to enjoy our view @2200sqft including 500sqft Patio... What an AMAZING VIEW! This has 2 king bedrooms + it has another "bedroom" that has bunk beds in that room, it does have a TV but very small (mostly for kids). Couch is also a pull out, so this condo sleeps 8 comfortably!!

OCEAN VIEWS from our beautiful 4th floor private patio, (washer& dryer), dishwasher, filtered drinking water, underground parking, 24 hour gate-guarded security, fitness center, infinity-edge pools with a waterside and lazy rivers, a kiddie pool, Jacuzzis, pool bars, a white sand beach, seaside gardens, and “The Links”, a championship par 72, 18-hole links style golf course contoured around the dunes and sparkling sea.

We provide internet/WIFI access free! Not all condos offer wireless internet, but ours is the fastest available on Sandy Beach. We also have a 55 inch "Smart TV". Stream your own Netflix, Hulu, YouTube or any other streaming services.

And there's even a private safe in the condo where you can lock your valuables and have the safety and comfort of knowing everything is safe and secure while you are enjoying the resort.

I also own a 6bed/6bath OCEAN VIEW PROPERTY in Las Conchas directly 10-15 minutes around the other side of Malecon/Fish Market. Beautiful property, please message me with any Special Request or Questions!!

Very Bad Experience

Linen was dirty, Balcony facing ocean has bird poops all over it, can't stand out side, Heater was not working, water leaking in kitchen, Power went off 3/4 of day ( It was only in that condo) Photos of property- Deceiving,

Great experience host met us at the gate to check us in making sure we had a good overall knowledge of everything we needed. The unit was very clean everything worked and the AC was ice cold. Great location and we will be back

Beautiful condo, well appointed, perfect location. Mike was very helpful and accommodating. He’s dedicated to your enjoyment in Rocky Point. He knows the area really well and assured us that if we had any problems, concerns or questions, he’s there to help. Very much looking forward to our next vacation at Las Palomas!!

Beach stay in Mexico

The room was really nice. Plenty of room. Great balcony with lots of room to sit. Beds were comfortable. Large bathrooms. Need a bigger hot water heater because the tub is so big. Overall it was a nice stay. It would be nice if the resort had some cheap taco stands within walking distance, maybe a regular bar to get a few beers in too.
