Welcome to Las Conchas Private Community!! This 2020 built home is steps from the ocean
6 bedroom + 6 bathroom. Ocean view w/ 3 stories!!

The walk to the beach is all but 45 second- 1 min walk. If you walk outside the house and go down the end of the road, the walkway down to the beach is right at the end of the road. You are very close to the beach!!

The house is a 4 bed/4 bath but we built a duplex in the back, 2 more large high end king bedrooms + living area duplex in the backyard attached to property. Turning this to a 6edroom/6 bath.

Please keep in mind I can always add MORE BEDS TO ACCOMODATE!! We can do 20+ people, the front yard has brand new TURF installed. Industrial heaters on rooftop along with fire pit, and tons of lighting!!
