BRAND NEW AMAZING LUXURY HOME WITH AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS AND PRIVATE POOL! Casa Hermosa is located at Las Conchas, with 5 bedrooms and 3 and ½ bathrooms very spacious, comfortable and inviting. Vacation home located within 10 minutes from the Malecon and restaurants of charming downtown Rocky Point. You will enjoy stunning sunsets over the Sea of Cortez and beautiful beaches, Located on the 2nd row 2 minute walk away from the beach. This luxury house is fully equipped with a charcoal built in BBQs on 2nd floor (terraza) where you will enjoy the beautiful sunset, And a 2nd propane bbq grill for back patio and nice patio set.

This vacation home is in a secure community of Las Conchas with 24-hour security guards. with a 4 car garage and 2 extra parking spots on front of garage with washer and dryer available for your use.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a King bed with ocean views, 50'' tv and one full bathroom, with an amazing ocean view, that walks you straight to a private pool. Living room has a 50’’ tv with sofa bed for more accommodation, 2nd room with king size bed, 3rd room with king size bed and a 32’’ tv, 4th room with bunkbeds and a 32’’ tv, 5th room with a queen size bed. Beautiful kitchen with all included island and 4 barstools
Owner request no smoking inside home, no pets, Children Welcome, sheets and one set of towels are provided, 2 night minimum during week and 3 night on weekends

We loved our stay here. Some friends second stay here. Everything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach. The beach is such a short walk worth it to have the pool for the littles. The pool was clean and able to be heated which was a bonus for us. We would stay here again

We loved the closeness to the beach. We easily carried our paddle boards to the water. The kids loved the beach and the pool on the property. The roof patio was a nice place to enjoy mornings and evenings. Quiet neighborhood.

Family Vacation

I would really recommend this place for anyone going on a weekend getaway or vacations. House is really nice and clean it is literally brandnew it has everything you need also loved they have pool perfect for family location is great as well property owner and maintenance worker were very helpful and easy to get ahold of we will definitely stay here again on our next trip we vist puerto peñasco for sure.

The house was beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The pool was the perfect size for the kids, and the beach was super close. Sam’s club and grocery store were only 10 min away. Would definitely book this house again for future trips.

This place was amazing! It was very close to the beach for the kiddos!! The couple things that would have been better, more trash bags, a can opener that works, more paper towels. This place definitely has more kitchen items than most. Overall I would definitely recommend and we will be back!

This home is perfect for a family, and friend get away. The property manager waa extremely helpful when we ran out of water, quick and responsive and we were only out of water for a short period of time. Very accommodating in all aspects. Great location and house

Overall, the house was great. Not to far in Las Conchas and beautiful views. We did have very minor issues but keeping in contact with the property manager fixed the problem. My guest loved it so much that they are wanting the contact information to rent there as well. We will definitely be renting here again in the future.

We came down for mother's Day weekend ages couple 19, couple 30, couple 30, single 55 single 80. The house was amazing, they have a coffee pot and pod coffee maker, pots, pans, bakeware, drink wear in glass and plastic for pool area. Individual air conditioners in each room. Perfect soaking pool. Seating was great for all 8 of us plenty of room for us all and beach entrance one house down.

BEAUTIFUL HOME! GREAT LOCATION

The home is fantastic, spacious and beautiful. The pool is smaller than I thought, more like a spool, but perfect for small kids or just to lounge in. Distance to the beach was great! Space big enough for 15 comfortably! Facio responded to text/calls promptly. We will definitely come back!

This home is beautiful!! Our stay was amazing, just as the host was. The house has everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is big & open. the balcony is huge, and the garage was able to hold up to 4 cars. We had a big family (14 guest) and we had plenty of room to move around and not feel overcrowded. The open floor plan is perfect for large families.

Beautiful views and stellar home!

This home is spectacular! The views are beautiful. Lots of room for a big family. We had 12 people and everyone had plenty of room. They provide everything for your convenience. We even grilled outside and enjoyed sitting upstairs and loved the sunsets. Everyone was welcoming and the home was extremely clean and spotless. All the neighbors are super friendly. The beach is very close. Only a minute walk with its own walking path. We will stay here again in the future.

Awesome Beach House

The house was absolutely beautiful, super spacious, great open floor plan with a very short walk to the beach. The pool was a huge hit with everyone especially the teenagers. The upper terrace was great for playing corn hole and watching the sunrise and sunset. The host Facio tended to a small issue we had very promptly. We would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Second row! Only 2 minute walk to the beach. This house was simply incredible. HUGE open floorplan with all the bedrooms off the main living area (Living room, dining room, kitchen). Views from the deck were amazing. Ideal location close to town. Beach was very swimmable and not a ton of people. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our 5 day stay for our group of 13. It's and easy walk across the street to the beach. They had extra beach towels and chairs. present if you needed them. Kitchen had Everything for us to cook with every day. Everything was clean. The pool was great to relax in. It was nice to have the Roku on TV so the kids could watch if they wanted.
