Newly renovated top floor unit with beach and pool view. The well maintained condominium is gated with lots of parking, a fitness center, two pools, two spas, and other amenities. This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath - with a king size bed and a walk-in closet, open living room with vaulted ceiling with a new queen sleeper sofa that sleeps two, large full-size kitchen that has everything you need, dining area, washer and dryer in the unit, and a balcony with two chairs and table to sit and enjoy the best views. The second you walk in you will fall in love with the views. Views of the beach are visible from the living and bedroom.

Great Stay

This property was the perfect place for a beach vacation. Close to everything including a short walk to the beach and great pool/hot tub. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio and playing board games.

The property is in excellent condition and very clean. The view of the water is very good and access to the beach is very easy given there is a protected crosswalk at the corner of the community. We would most definitely choose this location for a future stay.

Perfect view

Loved this sweet condo. It was perfect for me and my 2 girls to have a quick comfortable getaway! The condo was beautiful and just the right size with the perfect view !! Loved this location. Pictures were positively deceiving… the beach was actually closer than it looks in pics, which was great. Didn’t ever have to drive anywhere, as all was within walking distance. Place was clean. Bed was super comfy. Water pressure wasn’t great, but not sure much could be done about that. Parking was easy. A++++

Amazing- will consider returning!

The Sunrise Condo is lovely. It’s perhaps been recently updated or just very well cared for. My husband and I were vacationing with our 2 year old son and this unit is the perfect distance from the beach! Our little man had a ball at the beach and in the complex’s pool! The amenities made traveling with a tiny person so much easier than a hotel. Checking in/parking and getting in and out of the property was easy! My husband had trouble accessing the work out center but ended up running along the beach and loved it. It was paradise but on a humble budget. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful

I can’t even talk about how much I enjoyed my stay at this condo. First off, the location is amazing to me. Conveniently right next to two gas stations and a Walmart. The beach is right across the street and fairly easy to walk to. The smaller pool by the office is adorable and clean. Unfortunately I never saw the second pool. The view was amazing from my room. The property managers are so accommodating and had so many great things to borrow such as towels, chairs, boogie boards, coolers. They even provide sunscreens and aloes. It was just amazing and easy! Felt so at home. Definitely recommend and will be back!!

We recently bought this unit because we love Galveston and we hope to visit the Island more often. We love to travel and as empty nesters we hope to do a lot more traveling. One of the places that we love to travel to (getaway to) is Galveston Island.

Why they chose this property

We decided to buy this unit when we walked in the living room the first time and saw the views. Galveston is our Island Getaway from home. We want to share this special place with you and your family and we hope that you enjoy the unit as much as we do.
