Perched slightly high, at an altitude of about 20 metres, it overlooks the tropical vegetation and the lagoon, offering an idyllic setting for those looking for a change of scenery. Visitors will appreciate its calm, its green environment, as well as the proximity to beaches, restaurants and local shops.

Spread over two levels, the villa favours comfort and simplicity:

• Upstairs is a spacious and air-conditioned bedroom with sea view, equipped with a Queen Size bed (160*200) for peaceful nights. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is directly accessible from the bedroom. • On the ground floor, a living room opening onto the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen for meals in complete autonomy. A second air-conditioned living room welcomes you for moments of relaxation, with board games and reading area. A second bathroom is also available.

Outside, the covered terrace is the perfect place to relax, with a dining area and sun loungers for sunbathing or admiring the panorama. The private unheated swimming pool, surrounded by the vegetation of the garden, completes this peaceful and enchanting setting. The villa is nestled in a private residence comprising three villas, with an electric gate and a dedicated parking space. A staircase will then lead you to your villa, where the garden and swimming pool are exclusively at your disposal.

Access & configuration: Access to Villa Hoe from the car park is via about thirty steps to climb. As a result, the property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or who may encounter physical difficulties. It should also be noted that there are about ten steps inside the house to access the bedroom.
