Great Villa for Relaxing Vacation

Lovely clean Villa in quiet location which had everything we needed. Great outside area with exceptionally clean pool. Kyle (the host) was easy to deal with and very quick to respond to questions. Overall a great place to stay.

Great family trip stay

Property is very close to disney which was a huge deal for us. Host communicated fast if we had any questions. Property was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet and calm. I definitely recommend if attending theme parks and wanting to be close to shopping centers and restaurants. I will be telling my friends about it.

Wonderful stay in the Orlando area!

We had a great stay at the home. Kyle was very helpful to any questions or help that we needed. Home was clean and roomy for the two of us. We enjoyed the patio on the golf course after a day of exploring and doing Disney. Great central location close to everthing!

Orlando escape

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Vienna. We appreciated that we could bring our two OES dogs on this trip. The property was just as described, and very clean. It was conveniently located to all of the Disney properties and we would definitely stay here again.

Loved this House!!

The host, Kyle, was exceptional! The house was clean and spacious! The pool was immaculate and big. About a 15-20 minute drive to WDW parks and an hour to Tampa. The neighborhood is really nice as well and we loved that there are no houses directly behind! Would 100% stay here again!

Great relaxing peaceful stay

Loved our stay had everything we possibly needed. Very clean home on Lovely estate with fantastic view of the golf course. Very quiet neighbourhood. A little far out for attractions but that didn't bother us as we didn't go for that purpose. My only complaint was that there wasn't a safe to store our valuables such as cash and passports etc which meant I carried everything with me which wasn't ideal.9 out of 10. Would definitely return.

Awesome Vacation

Property was private and quiet, my family and our small dog loved the house and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The golf course has a tee behind the pool, created some entertainment for us watching others fail at golf. Very close to Disney, we booked several meals at a few resorts and some extra excursions like carriage ride and bass fishing. Being in the middle of the state also allowed us to visit the Atlantic and the Gulf for a couple beach day trips. Will definitely keep saved as a favorite for future trips.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house is very family friendly & already had toys for our two year old to play with, along with kids supplies in the kitchen & garage. We really appreciated the extra safety locks & alarms on the doors out to the pool. The house was welcoming, had a stocked kitchen & included a welcome snack basket & coffee/tea. And a big added bonus was that it is also pet friendly. We will definitely book again! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Had a lovely time

The house was a good size for my family of four and our two golden doodles. Even though it seemed to be an older house everything worked fine and it was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for getting to and from Disney, plus getting to the grocery store and restaurants were very convenient. The pool was very nice and a good size. The only downside with the backyard was that outside of the screened in pool was not fenced in, which made it hard to let the dogs outside. Also, the neighborhood doesn’t have sidewalks so walking the dogs was a little tricky. If we didn’t have the dogs I would definitely rent this house again but with the dogs it was just a little too much work then I wanted on a vacation.

Safe & Quiet neighborhood

The hospitality that the management provides to the guest is outstanding! The house is just perfect! Love the style they picked out to furnish the home. Nice size master bedroom w/ bathroom suit. The living room is spacious for me, my husband and our two goldens! :) the pool is one of the best & cleanest pool we’ve seen so far 💕. House was cleaned and ready for us. Nice yard for the dogs even though it wasn’t fenced they loved it!!!! Going out to the pool there’s no vertical /curtain blinds( no privacy) The blinds on the kitchen & living room area are very sheer & we prefer more privacy. Overall we enjoy our stay!!!! Highly recommend this villa out.

Perfect Park Retreat

There is nothing better than having your own pool after a long day at a theme park. This one is especially nice because you have an open area with wildlife behind you. I loved how well thought out this rental is. The app to open the garage door is the start of a lot of nice touches. There are treats available as you walk in the door, everything you need in the kitchen, and you don't have to worry about bringing your own coffee. Almost every time I had a question about something, there was a small sign on the wall providing just the info you need. The only thing that might confuse you is the thermostat. It looks like a touch screen or you might think the whole thing rotates to set the temp, but there is actually a touch sensitive area on the right side. One more sign and this place would anticipate everything you need. If you are about to reserve, I'm jealous!

Five star rental! Fantastic home and outstanding communication! The pictures tell it all! The home was neat, clean and had a wonderful opened floor plan. The pool was a huge hit with the entire family! From our questions prior to committing to rent this home to our time vacationing there, Kyle was phenomenal with making sure we felt welcomed and always responded quickly. The check-in process was seamless and easy. Although our vacation was cut short due to Hurricane Ian, we will absolutely rent from these owners again!

Quiet safe neighborhood close to parks

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the beds were all very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We spent time at Disney and Universal and the house was very convenient to both. Check in was super easy and the management very responsive when I had an issue even at 11:00pm at night!! Thank you!! Highly recommend this clean quiet family home.
