Établissement très bien situé. Accueil professionnel et sympathique. Un bémol sur l'isolation phonique entre les appartements et sur la prestation du couchage sur le canapé (pas d'alese, pas de.housse de couette , seulement un drap ).

Bonjour Madame, Nous sommes ravis que votre séjour vous ai plu. Nous veillons au quotidien à satisfaire notre clientèle. Nous restons à votre disposition si il vous manque quelque chose. Normalement un kit incluant le drap plat le drap housse ainsi que 2 taies d'oreiller est posé sur le canapé. Il s'agit surement d'un oubli et cela reste exceptionnel. Vous pouvez dans ce cas nous en faire part sur place avant la nuitée et nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous en fournir. Concernant l'isolation phonique, au vu de la canicule les fenêtres ouvertes laissent passé le bruit du voisinage qui en fait autant. D'autre part Luchon était en effervescence durant tout le week-end où vous étiez présents du fait de l'Aneto trail. Les courses commencaient à 5 heures du matin et l'établissement était rempli de traileurs qui se préparaient très tôt d'où le bruit de pas sur les planchers bois. Je vous confirme qu'à d'autres périodes l'établissement est très calme. Au plaisir de vous revoir. Respectueusement. Carole Saad

Idéalement situé en face des thermes et à proximité immédiate du centre-ville et du parc ombragé du Casino.Appartement grand et confortable, chauffage parfait, couloir d'accueil avec musique très agreable.

Excellent Accueil au Royal Luchon ! Cet hôtel est plein de charme et très bien rénové ! L'apparthôtel est très fonctionnel et hyper bien placé en plein coeur de la ville.Il ne manque qu'un balcon ou une terrasse pour que cela soit parfait ;-) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
