4-Bedroom in Lower Level with Hot Tub & Kitchenette

We are living in our Dream Home! Built during 2020, our gray & teal Craftsman boasts a large lower level (9 foot ceilings) with private entrance and daylight windows perfect for your vacation get away while we live in the upper level.

The large family room, TV, games, toys, dining area, and kitchenette make your stay together comfortable and memorable. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms for your family and friends to utilize while you stay in this beautiful countryside home.

Just outside your lower level sliding glass doors you will find a salt water hot tub with seven seats and a patio for outdoor dining with table chairs and gas grill.

There is a huge side yard perfect for a game of football or frisbee. A fire ring is close by for an evening of hotdogs and marshmallows. With woods behind you, fields around you, and horses in the nearby pasture, you will be able to relax and enjoy the fresh air and gorgeous sun rises or bright night skies!

Our driveway provides plenty of free parking with marked diagonal spots for our guests. The lower level is entered by using our front sidewalk and going down a series of eight long steps before entering your private sliding door entrance.

We are only five miles from Madriver Ski Lodge , Ohio Caverns, and Marmon Valley Horse Farms. Bellefountaine boosts a traditional Midwest downtown with several fun shops, coffee spots and fine eateries.

We are one hour from Columbus, one hour from Dayton and one hour from Cedarville University.

Beautiful property, the host was very nice. There was plenty of room for us (four adults, three children, a teenager and a baby). The hot tub was very nice and a lot of fun. We really enjoyed the ping pong and shuffleboard! There are also plenty of games (we really liked the big Yahtzee). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for family stay

This property was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young children. Hosts were very accommodating and excellent with communication. There were plenty of toys for our kids to play with. The kitchen is wonderful and very clean. Although a little cold in the winter, there are plenty of space heaters to keep it comfortable. We definitely plan to stay here again when in town. Check in and out was very easy as well. This is perfectly as advertised.

Was a very nice, new and clean property with lots of amenities, toys and games. You have the whole basement to yourselves and there was lots of room for our family. They accommodated us on a busy weekend for themselves and I would certainly recommend them as hosts and as to the place. Great stay, great value.

Very nice accommodations!

Our family had a family wedding to attend in Richwood, Ohio, which was approx. 40 minutes from this property. The property provided a perfect set-up for our family to enjoy some nice R&R together after assisting with decorating the wedding venue, etc. ... the nice continental breakfast was a PLUS and the property was spacious, comfortable, and very clean! It was a joy getting to meet the owners, Dan and Annette, just before we left!!!

I grew up in the area on a local farm. Met my wife of 36 years at Taylor University. We have been in education for our entire careers while we raised four boys. We love to travel, still work at local schools and now have 8 grandchildren.

Beautiful area. Get away from the city! Relax. You will sleep better! Great for families or three or four couples. Perfect for a family reunion, work retreat, craft weekend, ski weekend, church retreat or any small to medium group event. With four bedrooms, couches, and two full baths, several families or friends can find this a comfortable place to hang out for a few days. Our kitchenette is well supplied allowing you to make family meals which can be served on our farm table or utilize our additional 4 six-foot tables with 12 folding chairs for a large dinner.
