About the host
Hosted by Michael Stevens
Michele and I are parents of 10, love to travel, and are always looking for adventure.
Why they chose this property
This is where I grew up. Because of the majority of land being state and federally protected, it looks about the same as it did when I was growing up. They call it Florida's Nature Coast because of this. Step back in time and see nature up close! http://floridanaturecoast.org/
What makes this property unique
This home is the last home you can drive to on St. Martin's River. It has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico without any speed restrictions. Only a 10-15 minute boat ride to the world famous scallop spots. Decks on the main and top floors giving you a panoramic view of the water. Grab one of the kayaks, launch from the private floating dock and check out nature as it must have been before all the modernization and industrialization!
